Everytime I go the waiters are so friendly, the atmosphere is always clean and friendly. The food is always hot and i loveeee the music. Definitely a returning customer. Would recommend if it’s your first time trying new variations of noodles, the waiters are very patient.

Beautiful dining room! The decorations and fixtures really makes the experience even more authentic. We got the sushi tacos – explosions of flavors! I would come back just to order 5 of those and call it a day . The ramen that I picked was the spicy miso. Loved the egg and veggies. The pork belly was super chewy (I preferred it to be slightly crispy). The mango fruit tea was refreshing and I love that it had chunks of mango in there.
Totally recommend trying this restaurant. I can’t wait to come back!

This place is hands down amazing!! The sushi is so delicious. I do not know how they are not always packed. This is my new go to place for Ramen and Sushi! Amazing presentations and always top tier service! I move out of NC soon and I wish I could take this place with me! Will definitely come here a ton before leaving and always visit when in town! It is on the pricier side but worth every penny!

This location is minutes from where we currently live, and I have been eyeing it every time we pass by. My partner recently went with some of his family and brought home leftovers. I do not normally consider myself a ramen person, but he brought some back and it tasted really good! We decided to go and eat there with my sister. The inside is beautiful and decorated so nicely. I felt so comfortable and at home. I also liked the reusable chopsticks with the Noodle Mania-branded cover. Our server was Halle, who was really nice! I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, and my sister got a Katsu Chicken Rice Bowl with no tomato. We also ordered a Broccoli Tempura Roll for the table. The sushi was really good, but it surprised us because it was five pieces, and we were used to a roll being 6 or 8 pieces. For $7, we thought that price was a little steep. The Tonkotsu Ramen was really good- the broth was very flavorful and the pork belly was tender. I am not normally a fan of mushrooms, but the kikurage mushroom that comes with it was really good. I had a bite of my sister’s Katsu Chicken Rice Bowl, and it was pretty good! The meals were excellent and priced reasonably for the quality of the food. The presentation of the dishes was excellent. They all looked amazing and tasted how they looked! The service was decent- Halle was super sweet but we did not get to get any refills on our drinks because we only saw her after we had finished eating. That’s okay, though, it did not detract from the experience. Overall, we had a really good time here. We would definitely come back again!

I’ve been here multiple times now and have never had a bad experience. The staff is super nice, the food is great, and the inside is decorated really cute. Usually, I get a few sushi rolls, but today I got the build your own poke bowl and was impressed! There’s a lot of options for the bowl and the size is big enough for leftovers.

I AM OBSESSED. I absolutely love the noodle mania with pork belly omgggg. Their sushi is delicious and so fresh. The pork dumplings? So flavorful and tasty. The cute anime decorations are so cute and the service has been amazing every time I’ve come. The food is SO good. Highly recommend it!!!

This place is great! The vibe and atmosphere is like stepping into a corner of Japan. Cherry blossoms, anime and delicious smells. Our ramen was yummy and also a delight for the eyes. Our server was really nice and we couldn’t believe how quick our food arrived!

I ordered tonkatsu ramen with shrimp instead of pork. The dish was returned because the broth had an off-putting, chemical-like taste. The ramen was remade, but the flavor issue remained and did not resemble traditional tonkatsu ramen. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning.
