Cockroach found in my Spicy Sichuan Beef Noodles. As much as it pains me to post this, it is important that I share my experience for the SAFETY and HEALTH of others. I had my 18 month old son with me who ate gyoza and calamari from here as well. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not come here.

Plenty of parking available.

Everything we had was great

Ordered 3 noodle soups trying all the different noodles. All great. I prefer the 2 thick noodles since you can’t find that everywhere.

Soup dumplings were good. The skin is slightly thicker.

Green onion pancakes were so good we had to order a second one.

Got take out earlier tonight:
The fried noodles with beef: decent, nothing to do jumping jacks about

The sweet & sour chicken: barely edible

The egg rolls: I think they were spring rolls and they were bland, watery and forgettable

The fried buns: bite sized fried bread with dipping sauce; edible, not compelling in any way though

The popcorn chicken: it didn’t look or taste like popcorn chicken; it looked like dehydrated chicken parts doused with excessive unknown spices & was too salty

All in all, spent over $60 for one entree (beef fried noodles) and some moderately palatable “egg” rolls that seemed thawed out from freezer burn

The rest? Straight in the trash

I am SO DONE with take-out in this town!

I’ve visited Noodle King on Sahara in Las Vegas before and have come to expect exceptional service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was far from acceptable. After finishing my meal, I waited nearly 20 minutes for any sign of assistance to pack my leftovers and receive the check. I eventually had to flag down my waitress—who, notably, is a tall Asian female with a distinctive black bun—yet she appeared more engaged in conversation with another table than in addressing my needs. Although she returned with the check, an additional six minutes passed without providing a to-go box. This level of neglect and inattentiveness is disappointing, especially when one is paying for quality service. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot in good conscience recommend dining here.

Came for noodles while in town to visit Red Rocks, and was very happy to find this gem. Noodles were delicious and could taste that it was handmade, the sauce was also outstanding. I finished the whole bowl without taking a break
They also have other dishes, I only ordered a vegetable dish which was also authentic and delicious.
I traveled a lot to Asia especially China and can affirm this place offers authentic Chinese food. Will definitely come back and try other dishes.

This is the restaurant to serve Huaiyang cuisine beside noodles, which emphasizes on freshness and slightly sweet, no spicy at all. So we ordered some traditional Huaiyang or Shanghai cuisine beside their menu since our hometown is Shanghai: fried eel shreds, deep-fried fish, casserole lion head, Shanghai three-yellow chicken, four-happiness roasted gluten, steamed dumplings, in Chinese there are :油爆鳝丝,香炸拷子鱼,砂锅狮子头,上海三黄鸡,四喜烤麸,小笼包子. The eel shreds were fresh and delicious except little oily; the fish is anchovy growing by Yangzi river, the lions head is large stewed meatball with ingredients, which shaped like lions head; the chicken and dumplings are so so, not very impressive.

Overall all dishes tasted authentic and delicious, we would come back again when in Vegas.

Located on Southeast side of Sahara and Rainbow strip mall.
My Foodie friends and I were craving Chinese food.
This spot serves authentic Chinese cuisine!

What we ate:
1.) Hot & Sour Soup. $12.95 This had just the right amount of tart and spice and was served Hot.
2.) Wonton Soup. Wonton was flavored nicely and broth was nice and hot.
3.) Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings $13.95 the Wings were crisp on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside.
4.) Kung Pao Beef $15.95 spicy but great flavor.
5.) sautéed Mixed Vegetables $15.95 A mix of carrots, cauliflower, snow peas, and fungi the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the garlic sauce was yummy.
6.) Szechuan Tofu $15.95 the tofu was cooked in a spicy broth with peppercorns and bean sprouts and the tofu melted in your mouth.
Authentic Chinese food with great flavor and portions at a decent price!
We will definitely be back!!!

Great food- I saw a TikTok that made my mouth water and actually decided to try it the next day since I’m sick. The beef rib bone noodle soup was good. A bunch of noodles but I’m more of a broth girl- especially super spicy to clear the sinuses. The dumpling soup slapped as well. I’d come back to try other stuff. The host/server was super attentive and checked on us a dozen times to make sure everything was good.
I appreciated the good service.

Amazing place for fresh, spicy chilli noodles. We also had the house made scallion pancakes. Don’t sleep on those! We stumbled upon this gem when picking our dog up next door and will definitely come back next time we are in Vegas! The staff is so nice and welcoming, food is delicious and reminds me of actual food I had in China. The young man who works the front is exceptional with customer service. A couple vegetarian and vegan options that should not be missed! Food looked and smelled so good we forgot to take pictures before digging in!
