Originally tried the Noodle House located in Midland which tasted great!!. Had to try the Odessa location. The service, food and atmosphere was good. Would definitely return when in Odessa. Has option to choose fresh hand pulled noodle or knife sliced noodles.

The ramen and all their sides are extremely good and probably the best ramen, pho, dim sum kinda food you’ll get in midland/odessa area! Definitely recommend

Came for lunch. Quick service. Nice and friendly staff who explained the menu for me. I was able to change out the normal hand pulled noodles to knife sliced noodles. They gave complimentary nut mix (seasoned in house) and my fav. Spicy cucumber salad was my fav app. This place exceeded my expectations. Def recommend and will come back. Stopped in here with a colleague for lunch while down in Midland for work, my colleague chose this place. Friendly staff and service, not a huge menu as they mostly do Ramen and other noodle dishes. We ordered the pan fried pork dumplings for an appetizer, and WOW these were the largest dumplings I have ever had, they were crispy and tender but very delicious. They came with a dipping sauce but they were tasty without it, I ordered the wide noodle in cumin sauce with beef. One thing I will say, you definitely get your moneys worth, I couldn’t eat it all as it was a huge serving. My colleague had a Ramen bowl which also looked delicious, the atmosphere is good and the place was very well kept, bathrooms were clean. If you like Ramen and noodle dishes this isn’t a bad place, didn’t see any salads on the menu which was the only draw back. But they do have vegetarian options if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall would eat here again especially for the dumplings.

Delicious, authentic dim sum in a nice atmosphere. I had the scallion pancake and the fried beef bao. Both came out quick and were delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try something else.

So the food was okay it did taste like they used flavoring as a enhancement instead of using natural bone broth but food wasn’t really the issue even though their competitor “fun noodle” is a lot better, it’s because of how they treat you, you walked in and they sit you down gaving you the bare minimum and then they sit down on their phones zone out like zombies. The cooks would kind of eyeball you which is kinda off putting they fail to listen to simple instructions like asking for silverware. I’d rather go to fun noodle a lot more respectful inviting and better tasting food still handmade noodles but ticks all the boxes this place however does not.
