Amazing! They surprised me for everything.
Their homemade spring rolls are very fresh and crispy.
Rice/Noodle Bowls are full of toppings, which covered 60% of total ingredients serving. Vegetables do not have extra strange taste, and those beef and pork had pre-braised and barbecue just cooked and turning crispy outside and juicy inside.
Beef Rice-noodle soup is made by real beef bone for hours and hours boiling, which given the smooth and sweet taste for rice-noodle.
After you finish each dish, waitresses will come and clean any extra dishes for customers before you ask. And they are very kind and polite for each customer no matter you ordering food or coming to pick up.
Number 1 Vietnamese food in Ontario for sure!

Amazing pho! Had everything we could ask for, with the (only right choice) sriracha and even little sauce bowls as a great touch :). Spring rolls were also pretty good, we even saved the last bite of it to enjoy after our pho. Service was great and the restaurant had a nice ambiance!

Picked up takeout. Classic beef Pho and veggie spring rolls. Food was prepared and packed as expected. Full Vietnamese menu and more. I’m a Bay/Algoma area kid but wandered across town to check this place out and sort of expected the experience I got but was pleasantly surprised by the eat in, very nice cozy – not small place with nice lighting on the dim side. I’m definitely keeping this place in mind for eat in. Sorry no pics, didn’t want to interrupt the other diners enjoying the space.

What an amazing place to have a hearty bowl of noodle bowl. Very tasty and quick service. We came to Thunder Bay from Toronto and Noodle Bowl was the first place we ate and I am so glad we needed up eating our lunch here. They accommodated our requests too. We are vegetarians and we requested to make the food vegetarian or vegan and the server made sure to confirm with kitchen staff and made sure they served us super yummy food to us.

The grilled pork noodle bowl was amazing. Everything was very tasty and fresh. The serving size was more than enough to fill me up plus a bit for later:) Ilook forward to trying more items from the menu on my next order.
