First time trying The Noodle Bar and I have to say, it’s easily one of the better restaurants in Niagara Falls. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly. All the dishes came out fresh and well-timed. Every dish I tried was flavorful and satisfying, with portions that were both generous and reasonably priced.
The fried rice was a standout, packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. I also really enjoyed their two house hot sauces, both unique and full of heat without overpowering the food.
Overall, this spot definitely exceeded expectations. Great food, great service, and great value. Definitely a hidden gem worth checking out if you’re in Niagara Falls.

Whenever i come here, i always order fried rice noodle with sliced beef or chicken or wonton soup or authentic beef egg noodle soup depending on my mood. Openinghours noon – 2am. Last order is 1.30am. Good variety for late night snacks. They even have my dough fritter, price is reasonable. Avoid line up at dinner time, downside is no reservation. Our server happen to be Angeline again, from Golden Lotus. She greeted me and find me my fav corner table. The wifi signal is poor for streaming. Next to it, there is also sushi place. Definitely will come again

However, there have been a couple of times when my experience was affected by one or two servers, which is unfortunate.
But tonight, Iris was our server, and as always, her service and efficiency were top-notch.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised:
– our server was very warm and nice
– the house wonton with egg noodle tasted so great and I highly recommend it!
– the fried rice noodle with beef was not great but also good.
The overall price point is higher than other noodle restaurants but it’s located within the casino so in my opinion it is acceptable.

Good chinese restaurant within the casino. They get busy, so it’s recommended you come at opening time at 12 on weekends.
Their menu is small for a chinese restaurant, but still have a decent selection of rice and noodle dishes. Expect slightly higher prices than eating outside of Niagara, but still reasonable.
I will visit again.

First time trying this place. It was before a concert at the OLG Theatre, so it was busy and there was a bit of a wait time. I came here with 3 others, and ordered shrimps, brisket noodle soup, mixed vegetables, and fried rice. They had good portion sizes and tasted ok (average, I needed hot sauce to add more flavour). I really enjoyed the brisket noodle soup though, it was very flavourful and had a lot of brisket.

We dined here before a few years ago and was decent but this time we were very disappointed. Tien our server was very good. Nice guy. However the sushi and sashimi was not good at all. The hot and sour soup was not great. Too much vinegar dominated the flavor of the soup to the point where I was left coughing while consuming it. The prices are super high for the quality. We were so disappointed for what we paid and ate.

We had another great visit to the Noodle Bar. The food is always fantastic and prepared so efficiently and basically right before your eyes. Our favourite waiter, Tien, consistently provides great service and friendly conversation while hostess, Sol, makes us feel so welcome. Highly recommend!

Today my friend and I went to noodle bar for dinner. The food was delicious. Since it’s Chinese New Year, our waiter, Ding, recommended dumplings, a must-eat for the holiday. He explained that it symbolizes bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new, completing the handover of time. Thank you, Ding, for your excellent service,we thoroughly enjoyed it.
