When in the area I stop by for a few s lines Togo. This past year the pizza has gotten noticeably smaller. Still decent. Today though I was given 2 slices that were very small especially the regular. How can a supposedly experienced crew do that or cut them like that? They have eyes and a brain to use.

BEWARE ordering delivery from this place. We placed an order online and it simply never arrived—when we repeatedly called the restaurant for a status update, no one answered the phone. They clearly closed and just never bothered to close out their delivery orders for the evening (or their delivery guy brought dinner home to his family instead).

This place won’t ever get another chance at my business. 0 stars for Service, ?? stars for Food that never arrived, and 4 stars for atmosphere because the photos of the interior look like they did a lovely job decorating.

My rating and experience is specifically to several occasions that I have gone in. I always order at the counter.Wait for the night food in leave. The food is not bad about a 3 or 4 star. The service is a zero star. Never friendly service, I often feel I am inconveniencing them. When walking into a restaurant, I expect people to acknowledge me pretty quickly instead at this place, they continue joking talking about their day or co worker. Perhaps some training would encourage better interpersonal skills. Nonnas, you can do better!

My 1st visit to this restaurant. It is very nicely decorated and clean, with plenty of tables, and a bar. The hostess and our servers were excellent.
Our calamari was crispy and not tough – one of the best I’ve had. We also ordered a slice of pizza, Shrimp Scampi, Bistro Burger, Crab Crusted Salmon, and Zuppe di Pesce. Our Food was served hot, fresh, and in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone enjoyed their food.
I honestly didn’t expect much when we decided on Nonna’s. However, we enjoyed everything about our experience and plan to come back.

I used to go here and enjoy it. Not today! Decorated beautifully- I will give it that. Waiter was nice however , I went with my husband and 4 year old grandson. Grandson ordered a plain slice – they brought him a burnt slice that was clearly burnt as the cheese was extra toasted and black on the crust. He bit it and spit it back out , i asked for a non burnt one just warmed which they did make it right. He got a lemonade as a treat and he said to me grandma taste this, i said whats the matter is it too sour, he said no theres no flavor. He was right it tasted like water with a splash of lemon. I got a wrap and hubby got a sandwich- they were ok but thought it would’ve been better. I got a coke ( thought was fountain as it wasnt specified as they only have bottles ) I was brought out a small glass bottle of coke – cute but found out when bill arrived it was $4 fir 8oz of soda! Grandsons flavorless lemonade $3. For me the heat was a little
Overbearing in the place but some may enjoy that on a cold day. Lastly, when I took my grandson to the bathroom I couldn’t allow him to go as there were feces on the seat and a decent amount of. Unfortunately, after this experience I will not be back!

We ordered delivery last night and it was a mess from start to finish.

Order placed a little after 5:30pm with an estimated delivery of 6:32pm (45–60 minutes, totally reasonable). That time came and went. No update. We waited, assuming they were busy.

At 6:57pm, which is now 25 minutes late we called. We were told “oh yeah, the driver just left, he’ll be there in 10 minutes.” Fine.

7:10pm rolls around. Nothing.
Called again around 7:30pm with same generic response but now “10–15 minutes, guaranteed.”

By 7:50pm, nearly an hour and a half after ordering, we called to cancel. Instead of helping, we were put on hold while the employee said she was “looking up the order” … and then hung up on us.

The food finally arrived just before 8pm. The driver was an elderly man who clearly could not move quickly, which raises a bigger issue: if you’re that busy, be honest about wait times or stop taking orders you can’t handle.

What makes this worse is that we were regular customers. After this experience, we won’t be anymore.

Don’t tell customers “10 minutes” repeatedly when it’s clearly not true. Either hire more drivers, limit online orders, or give realistic delivery estimates. Being hungry and lied to repeatedly is far more frustrating than being told upfront that it’ll take 90 minutes.

Food aside, the delivery management and communication were unacceptable.

I’ve been going to Nonna’s a handful of times before I go to work, and the past recent times I went the customer service hasn’t been up to par or welcoming for me. Usually I would get something simple like 2 slices of pizza or a slice and a pinwheel that’s already made and just needs to be warmed up in the oven. The past 4-5 times I would order to dine in and my food would take at least 10-12 minutes for me to get it, other people who came after me would receive their food before me and would be larger orders then what I order for myself. My food would be ready and still wouldn’t receive it delivered to my table. There were numerous times I just grabbed it myself due to me being pressed on time and try to leave as soon as possible. The last 2 times I went recently including today I was waiting over 10 minutes for my 2 slices of pizza that I specifically ordered “To Stay” and received them Ina to go box all 3 times. Also I was asked to get up from where I was eating at a little table and move my seat a table back be cause apparently there were 6 people that needed the table when it was only a family of 4. To be honest it gives really racist and unwelcoming vibes as a black man, so personally I just won’t be eating there any more or giving my business. Any person of color I don’t recommend giving them business.

I ordered delivery. I ordered penne a la vodka with a bogo deal. The food was good but they basically took a regular order and split it in two tins. They weren’t even half way full. It’s not cool to rip off your customers that way.

We have been going here for about 2 years. In the past few months the quality and size of pizza has dramatically gone down. There is no Large pie anymore. The past few times the pies have been about the size of a medium. They ordered smaller pizza boxes as well. Today we ordered what was supposed to be a large pie but looks like a small. Look at the size of one of the “slices.” This pie cost over $18. I asked for 10 paper plates since I have small children and was told that they are cutting down on paper and don’t want to give more than a few paper plates for a pie. I told them I have always asked for and received 10 paper plates (which are paper thin, not the best quality) since we have been coming here for the past 2 years. The pizza itself has changed with less sauce and less toppings when you order a special pie. Their prices have slightly increased as well. We have also had issues in the past where we ordered a pie for pickup and when we get there they said they gave away our pie and asked if we wanted to wait for a new one. They never even called to tell us. I guess this is why they are losing customers. It’s time to find another pizzeria
