I seriously can’t give enough stars for this place. Absolutely amazing! Our waitress was very friendly, even after the water mess we made. Our food was simply delicious, good portions, we all have leftovers. We all got something different, spaghetti with meatballs, cheese ravioli with meat balls, chicken Parmesean, and chicken Alfredo. The cheese cake was so good too! Worth the trip from Orange! We will definitely visit again!

Delicious traditional Italian food, great drinks & wine selection and the servers were very kind. I had the fried green tomatoes with mozzarella and they were outstanding! I also had a Caesar salad and cheese lasagne with meatballs. Generous portions and fast service!

Hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had! The sausage gravy over biscuits and home fries have as much love as the blueberry cream French toast which has the perfect amount of sweetness! The portion sizes are very generous so bring an appetite!

Came for breakfast. The staff were friendly and personable. The food was Amazing! The chef takes pride in his cooking, and the satisfaction of the customers. 10/10 would dine again and bring a friend!!

The portions were large. The wedge salad was very tasty but double in size to what I’m used to. Calamari also very good and generous. Great tomato sauce on the eggplant parmisan. I’ll order it again but ask for less cheese and more eggplant. It was very good though.

I had one bad experience with Dinner some time ago, but I will have to say they have put forth the effort to make improvements. I tried their breakfast today, and it was outstanding!! Perhaps the best biscuits and gravy and home fries I’ve ever had. The new chef Nick seems to be having them moving in the right direction. I give a thumbs up for making an effort to do better. I will definitely be coming back.

We were really looking forward to dinner on a Saturday evening around 6:00. Arrived and the bartender told us to sit anywhere. That was the only interaction with any staff. The place was pretty empty, only 4 other tables were occupied. We got our own menus and picked out our entrees. Twenty minutes later, we still had not been approached whatsoever. Only employee seen was the bartender and she may have been the only waitstaff for the evening.
Disappointed, we left. Recognizing you may be short staffed, but the place was not crowded. Disappointed, we were really looking forward to a nice Italian dinner.

Waitress was good. It took 2 hours to get our main entrees. Food was bland and pasta overcooked. I have to wonder is anyone tasting the food? I’ve had better Italian dishes at Olive Garden…which is run of the mill, but atleast consistent.
Big portions doesn’t make it taste any better…very disappointing.

We enjoyed the food and experience so much we went back 2 days later to sample some other dishes. Keeping in mind they have only been open for 5 weeks and yes you always have to work out some kinks. Rick and the entire staff are open and welcome your letting them know what you want or any suggestions to help this business succeed. The food was delicious (and I’m an Italian who is very picky about eating Italian out) so don’t let the little things that are fixable keep you from enjoying this wonderful restaurant. Be sure to try the lasagna the pasta noodles used are fresh made and the cheeses in it are incredible. My next dish is going to be the chicken parmigiana each piece of chicken is made to order so fresh and juicy (I saw it come out of the kitchen and my mouth was watering). So happy we have a new cuisine to choose from in Colonial Beach. Good luck Nonna Lena’s.
