I had a surprise party for my parents at Nonna Bella’s and it was a great outcome. The staff is kind, the food was amazing, and the service was great. I was able to decorate the party room hours before the party, and staff was kind enough to offer to help. I highly recommend having a party here!!! They have one of the best Margherita pizzas around: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The food is consistently amazing, and the service is just as outstanding: friendly, professional, and attentive.

This was the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. The Sicilian pizza we received smelled terrible and tasted awful—it was hard, not fresh, and possibly made with expired ingredients. My son couldn’t eat it either.
I tried to get a regular cheese pizza instead, but the service was extremely frustrating. I spoke to four different employees, each time repeating the order, and they kept saying “okay” but never actually gave us the pizza. We ended up waiting for a very long time.
Additionally, the hygiene was shocking. The staff were touching food with their bare hands and wiping them on their pants, which is completely unacceptable for a food establishment.
In the end, after all the waiting and confusion, the replacement pizza was still terrible. It was just as bad as the first one.
Overall, this was a completely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

New to the neighborhood and tried Nonna Bella’s on a neighbor recommendation. Was feeding a crowd.— absolutely delicious pizza with the right ratio of sauce to cheese.
Lovely staff. Went back next week for some heros—and again food was great.
Both were to-go orders & food was hot and appealing. As you leave the rear be sure to say hi to the chef stirring the largest pot of sauce you ever saw!!
Maybe not big on atmosphere (although outside tables & umbrellas looked inviting)We found our new go to place.

Food at Nonna Bella is always delicious. We love their sauce. We have never had a bad meal. The staff is always very pleasant and we assume they model themselves after the owner who is a kind and pleasant gentleman. We drive past 4 other Italian places for their excellent customer service and food.

The food is ok, but NEVER GO THERE! They ripped us off so bad they should be shut down. 1st of all they have a lunch menu advertised 12:00-3:00. We got a higher price menu. We were a group of 26 people.
People who left early gave money which included a nice tip. We were shocked when we saw the bill. We were short $205.60!!!! We paid it and left. I had take a picture of it but never looked close until I came home to see they added $250.00. FOR THE ROOM. the owner said he would only give us 200 back. But the put $160 in an envelope. Crook taking advantage of seniors. Terrible business…

I should have written this a long time ago since I eat here so much over the last 18 years. It’s my go to for pizza in Suffolk especially for a plain slice and the Chicken Franchise slice. Their meatball parm hero is also good as well. They are very consistent which I appreciate and the owner is a very nice guy and always makes you feel welcomed even when its busy.

I live in Mineola and travel out to Babylon to bowl about 5-10 times a year and always look for a spot to have a slice. Everywhere I have been, has been subpar. I tried here today and I ordered two hot honey Sicilians with pepperoni and it was ! I found my spot when I come here now. By the way. The staff was super friendly too ! Customer for life !
