Extremely disappointing, nowhere near as good as the bánh mì at the Mattawan location. Roasted pork was tough and flavorless, the pork belly dry. Bread was of a noticeably lower quality as well. Incomprehensible, since the founder clearly knows how to make a good bánh mì.
The Mattawan location and the burger place are great, but this place and the taquería are legitimately bad restaurants. Nonla is squandering its good name. In this case it’s particularly egregious, since this location simply offers inferior versions of one of his flagship location’s most recognizable offerings.

Terrible experience. Poor service, poor food.
The veggies on the shrimp banh mi were not fermented an very soft. No crunch.
The hot coffee is only 4oz an it’s in a 6oz cup. It looks like half of the cup they serve it in.
The people behind the counter will be on their phones rather than filling your order.

The food was delicious and if you like spicy food, try the Nonla noodles (similar to Dan Dan noodles)! Not many vegetarian options but they are accommodating. There is tofu and you can decline the paté for the Banh Mi.

I ordered sandwich and pho. Both were really tasteless .all the meats were dry and hard .the broth was absolutely tasteless. No seasonings or flavor .I dont think i would go back .i do eat out a lot .

I’m a big fan of all Nonlas. I was expecting a banh mi like that of nonla vietnamese, but what I got was more like a fast food version. I don’t think the pork is the same or of the same quality. I was a little let down, but will likely go back for another try.

Huge lover of Banh Mis and all of the Nonlas. I was super excited to hear about the opening of this place. Before the opening of Nonla Banh Mi ToGo, I found that a quality Banh Mi was hard to come by in Kalamazoo. Thank you, Nonla, for bringing a tasty and expanded variety of Banh Mis to the area!
