I visited Nonas for lunch with one of my friends; we ate our food and were chatting while waiting for our food to settle. I guess we over stayed our welcome and one of the workers told us we have been sitting for two hours (when it was way less) and told us we were going to break the chairs??? (not sure how we would do that) We both feel this was such a rude way to kick us out especially since there was no one waiting to be seated lol. We were really embarrassed so we paid and left. Moral of the story: After you finish eating you must leave immediately lol. I would say I was loyal customer, but after this I don’t think Id be going back. *the picture is a representation of the service*

I was very sad to see this establishment closed after the Covid shutdowns. I hoped it would have recovered and opened once again. I discovered the pizzeria while working in Yonkers. Good food and great service. One of the best for chicken parmigiana roll. The owner knew what I wanted as soon as I walked through the door. If I arrived early for lunch, the owner would let me know how long of a wait for a fresh chicken roll was due from the oven.

As a new Yorker, I know great pizza when I taste it. The pizza here is mediocre and the staff is not friendly. The sauce tasted cheap and vinegary and the garlic knots were bland.
To store owner: A smile and kindness goes a long way. You don’t have to be my best friend, but that’s all part of great customer service. You need to retain the staff in front counter. If you even care.

We just ordered and picked up food, from Nonas, and the turn around time was excellent! The pizza dough was yummy and the cheese was not oily and plastic, but cheesy, fresh and tasty. Great tasting pizza! We paired with a glass of reds, and a bit of Chuck Mangione’s – give it all you got! Service was excellent, easy parking and great price. Check out Nona’s if you have not done so yet!!

the two woman working there …very nice …pizza guys not so..they just do their pizza job and did not talk with the customers like the girls..what ever…… Their pizza quality is inconsistent and the price is only worth it if the pizza is exceptional which is rare.. Just my opinion…I have been to this place many many times and I think I give up due to inconsistency..

Great for a quick bite. Staff is respectful and awesome. A slice is heated up for you in a minute flat. Their slice is less greasy than other pizza shops nearby, and their tomato sauce is so good. Prices are fair and lots of options. Chicken alfredo and garlic knots are delicious here. Only drawback is that they’re closed on Mondays as of 4/22/2021

I’m a regular plain thin crust pizza kinda guy. …. They make some specialty (not your typical true italiano style) pies that are fantastic. I get the chicken Caesar slice and Buffalo chicken slice for lunch at least once a week. It’s thin enough to still get a crunch, but thick and strong enough to not collapse under the weight of the toppings when you lift to eat. The staff is super friendly as well. Great place.
