We came here on opening day, 11/21/25 and it was a great experience for having just opened! A nice selection of sandwiches and wine. We did not try any coffee, but they had a full espresso setup. Plenty of seating, nice decor, and very friendly staff! Will be returning regularly. We have been waiting for a nice breakfast and lunch spot near our office! Highly recommend

Definitely a great addition to the food scenery in Pasco near CBC! It’s super clean and fresh looking inside and the staff welcomes you as soon as you walk in.

I tried their half sandwich and soup which was good but not my favorite sandwich in town. They make their own fresh bread for all the sandwiches which is great but it’s sliced so thick that it’s hard to eat with a single bite and with each mouthful, it feels quite doughy in my mouth. Also, if you want it toasted, they don’t use a toaster but their oven and it comes out uneven so one side is kinda hard and the other side on the softer, crumbly side. Can’t say I enjoyed the sandwich much BUT the soup was great!

The staff are wonderful and seeking feedback to improve since it’s just a soft opening. Hence the 4 stars instead of a 3 star.

Oh, and their carrot cake is to die for good! It was super moist and tasty. The frosting was perfect and not too sweet. My friends and I shared the two desserts, carrot cake and lemon blueberry muffin, and we all agreed the carrot cake totally outshined the muffin.

I will be back and try other items on the menu. Very happy Non-Fiction is in Pasco.

Stayed across the street at the Premiere Best Western and decided to give this place a try. The food was so good! The staff was friendly, service was quick, liked the lay out, it was super clean, and convenient location.

So excited to see Nonfiction open its doors! The space feels welcoming and thoughtfully put together, such a great addition to the area.

Stopped in on a cold, cloudy day and the tomato soup absolutely hit the spot – rich, comforting, and exactly what you want when the weather calls for something warm.

We tried one of the sandwiches as well and are looking forward to coming back to explore more of the menu. Next time we definitely have our eye on the coffee and dessert! Excited to watch this place grow and can’t wait to stop in again!

Popped in with a friend and we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We got a coffee, sandwich and soup. All were super good. Lots of seating available. Very spacious area. I saw a sign that they also have outdoor seating which I look forward to trying in the summer.

Quite possibly one of the best sandwich spots I’ve ever been to – no exaggeration. Fresh, high quality ingredients, and a thoughtful selection of beverages and desserts. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Good food, if just a little on the spendy side for a sandwich.

The real deal-breaker was the old-timey newspaper parchment paper the sandwich was served on – It was fiction, not non-fiction!

I had the #1 Best Seller sandwich. It was excellent and could easily be shared by two people. The interior was nice and clean with many drink options. Its a nice option for lunch in that area.

I went to “non-fiction” on a Monday, I went in a group, ordered a 4 drinks and 4 breakfast items. I immediately loved the vibe, clean, organized, and attractive space, very nice, I loved the vibe it gave and the spacious and open seating. The chai latte was great, the coffee was not the best, and the chocolate milkshake wasn’t great either. The waffle breakfast item was too sweet for our taste, and the breakfast sandwiches were good, but the sauce that was added wasn’t the best. Everything was good, pushing to another visit, but the only thing that broke my impression was the customer service, it was terrible: “not helpful, not clear, just very poor service”. It’s sad because I was really exited to try this new place and support a local business, but due to the negative experience I had with the customer service I don’t plan on returning.
