The best vegan chicken burger I have ever had. The Nashville hot was so good, I just had to get a second one.
I had the OG Burger the other day and it was great as well, and the wings are delicious as well!

They should re-Name themselves “Nom Burgers & Biscuits” because the addition of breakfast has been the best thing to happen to vegans in Austin in a while. If you’ve had biscuits and groovy vegan style this from Nom is twice as good and much more filling. Hurry drive as fast as you safely can and get yourself some of these biscuits. They are bomb!

The name says it! Nom Burgers are pretty darn good. My non-vegan daughter tried the OG Asada Tots and she was amazed. They tasted delicious! The portions & the prices are great. We have to come back soon.

I’ve been here countless times and have never been disappointed. From their brunch burgers to the Nashville Hot to the Honkey Tonk— you cannot go wrong with what you order. Don’t forget the tots! There is always good music playing and colorful murals by local artists to look at adding to the fun atmosphere. Also, a restroom is located in the building next door. I highly recommend Nom Burgers whether you’re vegan curious or vegan. There’s no lack in taste

Amazing food! The vegan wings were sooo good! The fella taking our order was really nice and friendly. He answered any questions we had and was just all around a fun person to chat with. Their vegan ranch was hands down the best ranch I’ve ever had, vegan or otherwise. Really enjoyed our lunch there.

the nashville hot chicken was very tasty! it was on the expensive side but after eating it i can understand why. the Tamale was more reasonably priced. I was pleased with the speed of service.

didn’t snap a photo of the sandwiches or fried pickles – but this literally hit the spot we didn’t realize we needed! i’ve been vegetarian for nearly 3 years and i had yet to experience a non-cauliflower buffalo wing and nom burgers did not disappoint! the wings were spicy, chewy, and downright delish! we also ordered the brisket sandwich and new breakfast sandwich which were both so damn good! my partner was so happy to eat the breakfast sandwich because they can’t have egg or cheese. thank you nom burgers for such an amazing late night meal 🙂 we’ll definitely be back!

If you are a vegan, or a non vegan, this junk food truck hits the spot. The asada fries are not to be missed and the birdie and og double were delicious. We placed an order over the phone and they said 20 to 25 minutes. It took about 20 minutes for us to drive there and food was ready moments later. Absolutely will be returning!

Every time I have ordered from here, there’s been an issue, and the issues almost never get resolved. Order a drink? They’ll never include it. Pay extra for a side of queso? They’ll neglect to give it to you. Order basic customizations that they offer on their ordering website such as no TLPO, mustard instead of nom sauce, etc? They’ll just make it however they want to and ignore all that. I wouldn’t leave a review except this has been true for nearly every order of mine for multiple years.
And the best part is, if you call the truck, they’ll just say they’ll send the info to the owner and they may or may not refund. Sometimes, they’ll promise a refund and never even process it. The only times I’ve had success are when I’ve reached out via Instagram.
All marks of a staff who simply do not care whatsoever about any aspects of the business or the food, which is a shame in a city where the vegan restaurant options have dwindled since COVID.

TLDR: sub-par product with high prices
For the food: I had the OG cheeseburger with jalapeños added. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. It’s vegan, so I went into knowing it wouldn’t have the same texture or flavor as beef, and that’s fine. But frankly the patty was one of the best parts. The veggies were all very meh. A vegan burger is something that really lets you flex the other parts of the burger, and this one really didn’t. Also, I feel like drowning it in a sauce really didn’t help the whole situation. The fries on the other hand were extremely hot (in a good way) and crispy, so no complaints there.
On the service, it’s a trailer, so not exactly a lot of service to go around (not good, not bad, just how it is). One thing I would have liked would have been a water cooler and some paper cups, because it’s like 95+ outside, and I don’t want to spend an extra $2 on a water for an already pretty pricey meal.
I’ve been trying to accumulate a list of good vegan places in Austin, and unfortunately this place just doesn’t make the cut.
