While we visited during the off season, the food, Impeccable, the Margherita pizza made by Melissa, top notch with fresh tomatos, whole clove roasted garlic and a thin and crispy crust, was amazing.
The drinks were well poured and delicious, with a good draft selection.
Our server Avery was very attentive, helpful and courteous, without being intrusive.

We got a pizza, fries and a Cesar salad and we liked everything. The crust was really good and everything from the sauce to the toppings were good. The fries were seasoned really well and the Cesar salad was one of the better ones I’ve had. Friendly service as well

Went out of their way to provide us and our dog a separate 3 season room!!! Salad came out same time as meal and food was delicious but not really hot.as the tea was lukewarm also.

We decided to eat here on New Year’s Eve after the fireworks, and it was such a great choice! They were incredibly accommodating with our large party, which made the night stress-free and easy right from the start.

Everyone really enjoyed their meals, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for after celebrating. The bartenders absolutely made the night — they kept the drinks flowing, brought out sample drinks and shots, and truly kept the vibe fun, lively, and welcoming. You could tell they genuinely wanted everyone to have a great time, and it showed.

I’ve always had a great meal here. I’ve visited 5 or 6 times and the food is always good and the servers are always pleasant. They seem to always be open when all the other restaurants in town are closed. We recently had the fish tacos and a burger and both were SO GOOD. We love the fries here too. I highly recommend when you’re in town to stop at Nolans for a meal!!

We had high hopes but we did not thoroughly enjoy everything that we got. I got the cook’s salad, which was pretty normal for a salad, except for the Swiss hot peppers on it, which according to the menu were supposed to be pickled. Anyway, the important parts – Two of us shared a pizza that was a bit crispier than we expected, we were actually quite shocked when she dropped it at the table and didn’t say “I’m sorry this came out so burnt but if you want a new one I can let them know”. Then the roast beef sandwich… So sad, we were expecting one of those delicious fresh shaved roast beef sandwiches, it sounded lovely with horseradish sauce, but it was a soggy mess. It almost seemed made ahead of time and put into the oven or something. Certainly didn’t seem like a fresh sandwich just made. The person at our table that ordered it said to the server, “this is terrible and I want you to tell the kitchen about it”, and she just said okay I will. And then left it on the bill. I don’t blame the restaurant for this, I blame the server. She should have went straight over to her manager and told them that it was disgusting and they didn’t eat it and they should take it off the bill. I then went on New Hampshire Eats Facebook page and, without naming the restaurant, asked what thoughts were on the pizza. The top comment with 117 likes says “it looks like they burnt it, dropped it, scooped it up and served it to you.” Lesson learned.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The pizza was a custom topping, brick oven fired, delicious meal. All ingredients were fresh & good quality. We also got the ahi tuna app & fried fish Tacos, both of which were cooked very well & full of flavor.

We were seated relatively quickly, 10min for 2 people, considering it was Friday night and we didn’t have a reservation. We absolutely would recommend & would return!

The tastiest Italian Food in Wolfeboro!
These outside pics are from the summer of 2023. Winters are great indoors, either at the bar or at a variety of tabletops….
– It’s now 2025 in November . Debby and I had the tastiest “ToGo” self-designed pizza, with Onions, Ricotta, Broccoli & Meatballs. Wood-fired to perfection, I arrived early so I could taste a Catina Malbec at the bar and chat up some clients about their ultimate pizza selections.
Wish I had a good picture, but we downed it before the cell phones came out!

Got one good pizza from here a couple months ago, I’ve been chasing it since. Every single thing they could possibly burn in the past 3 months has been burnt. How do you burn a medium rare burger? How do you burn the BUN? Better yet, WHY? Why do you burn my food every time? I looked through all the reviews. Even the five star reviews show pictures of burnt food. That’s luck, luck that you have patrons who enjoy burnt food. Please Nolan’s, stop burning my food. It could be so delicious.
