Overall we enjoyed our meal at Noir. The place is quaint with a nice size bar and smaller dining room. We were disappointed that they were out of the artichoke but the mussels and French onion soup were very good and sizable. The pasta dishes were great but the chicken piccata was underwhelming as it was overcooked and small being a butterflied single breast. And overall the service was great and attentive. And a quick note, their website shows a happy hour but one did not exist, at least on a Friday in the dining area.

I needed a little time to process what happened here because it was genuinely shocking and disappointing.
I came in for my birthday brunch with my boyfriend two weeks ago. We asked if they had the mac and cheese we saw in one of the reviews (it looked amazing). The server said they no longer made it, but kindly offered to put it together for us since it wasn’t too busy.
When the dish came out, it looked great. I had a few bites—maybe four—before my boyfriend stopped me and asked, “Is there meat in this?” We hadn’t been told there was. When we asked the server, she initially said there was no meat. But when we showed her a piece of what clearly looked like white meat, she responded, “Oh, that looks like our crab meat. Enjoy!”
I’m highly allergic to shellfish. I had to leave the restaurant immediately to find Benadryl and try to manage the reaction.
The server did apologize, but that was the extent of the response. There was no follow-up, no offer to comp the meal, and no visit from a manager. I’m still not sure if the server was the manager, but either way, the situation was handled with very little care.
When you add ingredients—especially something as serious as shellfish—it is absolutely essential to inform your guests. This could have resulted in a medical emergency.
We took our food to go out of respect, but after that experience, everything went straight into the trash. It was a waste of money and left a really bad taste in what should’ve been a celebratory meal.

We come here every 5-6weeks for a quick dinner after we get our hair cut at La Hair. Never has this place ever disappointed us, food is always top notch, great servers, the drinks are always good my wife swears they make the best lemon drops anywhere.

We have been to Noir many times over many years. Always good food and cocktails for reasonable prices. We prefer to dine at the bar, watch sports on their tv and converse with other veterans of this place.

We visited Noir for a small Bachelorette party. This was part of a small tour but we were in love with everything Noir had to offer. We met the owner whom was gracious and personal. Although we only had a about an hour time slot, we were offered a different table for new customers. I cannot express how tasty both food and spirits were. We were given samples and even though we were full, we wanted more! The drinks are hand crafted. The servers were pleasant and patient. Please stop by this little gem! These photos do not do Noir justice…you will have to see and taste for yourself!

Excellent food, I’ve never had a bad meal here. In particular, the Clams Linguine, Lobster Ravioli, Rice Balls, and Spinach Salads are excellent. Decent beer selection as well.
