My husband and I went a few years ago and it was amazing! The vibes are impeccable and the food and drinks were so good.

If you want to try a different night out, have a bit of a theatrical production that comes with some of the most amazing tasting drinks, dark and Gothic vibes with a kick ass Playlist, then this is the place to be! We absolutely loved it. The food being delicious on top of the atmosphere just made our night out phenomenal. We celebrated Valentines early and after 23 years we love to try different things and new places. The vibe was perfect. Dark Gothic romance and the booth we had was the icing on the cake with a view of the whole room that just makes you feel special. We had the pepperoni stuffed phlebotomy breads as an app, the for dinner porky’s way Mac and cheese and the butcher Korean BBQ style. Drinks were Buffy and The Midsommar.
Fun fact the root beer is made and bottled by the same person who owns the building Noir is in and it is made locally in Wilkes Barre.

Last night my wife I celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary here. We made reservations at 9pm. Got there about 10 mins ahead of time and were seated immediately. The place was super chill but dark and very goth and had a “what’s gonna happen next” vibe. The look of this place just was detailed in Goth chic and the music was spot on. Started off with an appetizer that was both delicious and stunning to look at. The drinks were phenomenal! I suggest tying at least three unless you can handle more. Our server was on point. She was attentive and complimentary. We want to go back asap!

Went here a few days ago for a birthday dinner, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. Can highly recommend the Macabre and Cheese . Definitely looking to come back again. 5/5

It pains me write a not so positive review about this place because it definitely is unquie and the asthetic is to die for, but the food just didn’t do it for me. To be honest the appetizer (ceaser salad) was the best dish. The servings are pretty big but they seem to lack in taste, especially for the price your paying. The cocktails were amazing though as well as the staff. Ooh and the chairs were the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in. Maybe its just me but I would have rather sat on the floor. Great place, yet I would be lying if I said I enjoyed the food but I would still recommend giving it a try to see for yourself.

Food to die for, which I almost did lol. I made the mistake of not chewing my steak enough and started choking, and my wife had to give me the heimlich maneuver. The staff were all excellent to check up on me. Funny enough it was our anniversary dinner. For real though this was our 2nd visit to Noir and if your looking for great drinks and good food, with a Halloween dark twist, Noir is the best place to visit. We will be back.

I have been wanting to try this place out for a while now and I finally got there last night!! It was everything I wanted and more!!! The staff was fantastic and answered all our questions. The drinks were crazy good! Now let’s get into the food – O.M.G.!!!!! I have been to plenty of “themed restaurants” and most only focus on the atmosphere. Not here, the food was absolutely delicious!! The steaks were perfectly cooked and tender. The taste – WOW!!! We will be back and we’ll be bringing all of our out-of-town guests with us!!!

Fun time! Awesome drinks. Need more lights or candles in the lounge. Music was a bit too loud. Food was tasty as well. I had the Frankenfurter hot dog tasted good but couldn’t see what was on it.

The vibe, music and atmosphere is one of a kind. The food is insane w/an array of choices including gluten and vegan options. The root beer! Wow! Try it.
Don’t come if you’re in a hurry. We didn’t have reservations but it may be required for busy times/days. Easy to find, bathroom is not inside of the restaurant but in the building itself. This is an absolute experience and I can’t recommend it enough. The service was great and friendly.
