Absolutely fantastic experience! We ordered the Bento box and it was incredibly generous—the variety was perfect, featuring fresh sashimi, sushi rolls, a crispy cutlet, and yakotori all in one. The rice bowl with the onsen egg mixed in was pure comfort food. I also highly recommend the tako karaage; the presentation with the crispy garnish and black sauce was beautiful and delicious. The interior has such a calming, modern vibe with warm wood tones. Definitely coming back!”

Have been wanting to try this sushi spot since it opened as I love settings with a nice ambiance. Went at 5:30pm with a reservation. It’s definitely not an “Omakase” atmosphere, but more of a nice “girls night out dinner” or a cute “date night spot”. I would recommend the Chef’s special 10 piece nigiri which was $60. I felt like the value of the fish was worth the price, and they included soy sauce and wasabi inside of the nigiri pieces which is how it’s supposed to be done. Not the soy sauce/wasabi on side… per some of these reviews. lol.

Felt the service was spectacular, our server Elizabeth was attentive, energetic and kind. There were bussers, bussing the table quick and the manager kept checking in with us every so often to ensure we had a great experience. We never had to really wait for assistance. The cocktail menu was pretty innovative for what I have seen so far which made it appealing for us to order drinks from. Cocktail wise, I felt like it was okay but I’ll have to try the others.

I think the Uni hand rolls were bit expensive however, it was $30 per hand roll, which was a bit much but it did taste fresh for what it was. The poke with lotus chips as an appetizer was refreshing and delicious, loved the lotus chips.

Presentation of the entire experience was on par with what I was expecting.

Although, the star of the night was certainly the Yuzu Meringue and the Japanese Mochi Dessert. I can see how the Yuzu Merignue would appeal to the westerners, as it is light, refreshing, familiar flavors. It didn’t feel heavy for a dessert and it was delicious and unique. The Japanese mochi dessert was my favorite because the pudding was matcha flavored (strong matcha flavor), and the Kinoki powder (sesame powder I think) and the mochi balls with the soy sauce / sweet flavor was nostalgic flavors from Japan. Definitely appealing to those that are familiar with the flavors.

Overall, it was relatively pricy for an evening dinner but I’ve had more expensive places before and this experience was not bad at all.

I would come back here just for the Chef’s Special, a cocktail and the dessert. The semi lit roomed made the ambiance so nice and intimate. Would love to come back.

Must try! As someone who is not a professional sushi eater, this place is very approachable for entering into serious sushi territory. The welcome from the manager and our server Heidi was warm and professional also. Everyone was very attentive and seemed genuinely interested in making our experience the best it could be. Cocktail options were really great, as well as the sake flight. GET THE EGGPLANT, you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back to try the toro salad! Atmosphere is moody and the tables were large and comfortable. Lots of booth seating also.

Wow, what an incredible dining experience! Beautiful interior. Attentive staff. Everything we tried we loved, food came out quickly and was presented beautifully. Our server Kimber took the time to explain each dish and help guide our experience. The Twin Sunset Mezcal cocktail was great, not too sweet, nice tartness from the passion fruit. Hamachi sashimi was melt in your mouth buttery. Seared a5 wagyu & seared o-toro were standouts, and surprisingly so was the Shrimp Tempura, incredibly light crunchy batter served with a delicious sauce, and flaky salt. Mackerel nigiri was light & fresh, snow crab nigiri was kinda small and probably the least impressive. We finished with the Unagi as “dessert” and it was perfect. Can’t wait to go back to try more!!!

Absolutely loved my dining experience at Noii Sushi! Its interior design is stunning – modern, elegant, and remarkably memorable, creating such a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. The food was outstanding; every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Special shoutout to our server Sylvia, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and enthusiastic – she made the evening even more enjoyable with her friendly recommendations and great energy. Highly recommend Noii Sushi – we’ll definitely be back!

I’ve dined at Noii Sushi a few times, and every visit has been great, but somehow, the Omakase was never available… until this time. And I’m so glad I finally got to try it.

What really stood out is that they offer tableside omakase, so you don’t have to sit at the sushi bar to experience it. You can enjoy the full omakase at your table, which I thought was a really cool and thoughtful touch.

The omakase included 8 courses, hand roll, sashimi, nigiri, a grilled dish, soup, and dessert. The food was excellent, as always, but the omakase tasting especially felt like an amazing value for the price they’ve set.

I also heard they’ll be changing the omakase menu every season, which makes me even more excited to come back and see what’s next.

First of all, I really like the ambient vibe of the restaurant.
Today is their second day of soft opening, the food came up a little bit slow, but we can tell the staffs are being professional and trying to take care of each guest in the restaurant.

We got a nice view at the bar, so we sat the front seat row to appreciate the chefs and their crafts in making food and cocktails.

This is definitely a great place to come if you would like to have an elegant evening dinner whether you are on a date or with your close friends.

However, we had a really sub-optimal Omakase experience.

We ordered the omakase set menu, which is $150 per/ person and got sake pairing for our meal.

Food was very disappointed compared to the price. This is NOT an authenticated omakase experience. Omakase means we put our trust in the chef and the restaurant so they bring us their best experience the restaurant can provide. We did not get it. First, the whole experience, we did not get Uni, Scallop, or any meat(wagyu, duck…etc) and we get a 10 piece nigiri as our main course. This is our first Omakase experience in the whole seattle area that is over 100$ and has none of the special high end ingredient other than otoro.
What makes this no ok is, since we sat at sushi bar, the uni and the scallop were right in front of our eyes.

You are able to add on Uni for their single order of chawamushi, however in the omakase experience, Uni is also not present in the chawamushi, show case that they indeed have the ingredient, but was not bringing the best experience to their omakase guests.

One thing that stands out, is that the fish quality is really good. They wrapped all their sashimi up individually until they need to start processing them. Really good and fresh.

Omakase is also their top price item, and first item on their menu. When we saw food getting passed out from the sushi bar, we can clearly see there are many different kind of fish and plate decorating that’s visually presented way better than any of our omakase dishes.

As their costumers who paid to experience their highest price experience, we are super disappointed. It is hard for us to put our trust in Noii’s omakase experience. Yet, we really enjoyed the cocktail we ordered (sweet hustle).

Overall, based on the vibe, inner decor, cocktail experience and the hand-rolls, is a restaurant we will recommend friend to go try.

My husband and I booked a reservation to have New Year’s Day dinner at Noii. The interior design of the restaurant is very aesthetic, and presentation of the dishes and drinks were beautiful. A few of the dishes started out strong (the miso soup, chawanmushi, and eggplant were delicious), and we enjoyed our cocktail drinks (some of the best we’ve had in Kirkland); but things fell flat when our mains were served. The scallops and prawns were the most overcooked seafood I’ve ever had at an upscale Japanese restaurant – the prawns being so tough that all of the meat was stuck to the shell; it also had a flavour that tasted not fresh. Those two dishes unfortunately left a pretty dissatisfied taste for us. It also didn’t help that two fruit flies also started hovering over our table for 10 minutes, which is shocking to see at this kind of restaurant. With the hopes of salvaging our overall impression and experience from the deeply disappointing prawn dish, we decided to take a leap of faith and ordered a salmon pearl roll from the seasonal menu – but truthfully, it was pretty underwhelming. Luckily, we ended the night with a deconstructed yuzu meringue dessert which was creative and surprisingly delightful. Our server, Aaron, was very nice and helpful with recommendations, but didn’t do much when we pointed out the fruit flies. TLDR: it was a very mixed dining experience, but I would not return for the food at such a high premium. That said, I would consider going back to enjoy drinks with a good atmosphere.

Great lunch!! The food and drinks were delicious with beautiful presentation, and the flavors were fresh and spot-on. I ordered the Saba Bento set and it was plenty of food—I couldn’t even finish it. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming—perfect vibes. I’ll definitely be back!

Came here on a Sunday a little after opening and it wasn’t busy. The service here is great and very helpful when recommending dishes and explaining the menu. Price is high but the experience is justified: chirashi-don items were explained when it arrived at the table, fish sourced from all around the world, and choice of water (still, sparkling, tap)
Overall happy with the experience and would come back here for the dinner menu as it’s very different
