NOI was easily one of the best dining experiences we had in Puerto Vallarta. You can tell this team takes service seriously.
We arrived a little after the last reservation time and still got welcomed and seated smoothly; no attitude, no pressure. Arturo (Supervisor, his name tag said “GTE”) kept everything running calm and organized. Cuco was hands down the best server we had on the entire property: attentive, confident, and genuinely caring. He told us to trust him and Chef Massimo Fongaro with the appetizers and desserts and he was 100% right… everything kept getting better.
Standouts: the green mussels were excellent, the calamari was the BEST crispy calamari I’ve ever had, and the pizzas were a surprise hit; meat lovers wasn’t heavy/greasy at all, and the three-cheese/cheese pizza had the perfect amount of cheese (not too much) and the flavors actually complemented each other.
What really made it special was Chef Massimo coming out to check on us and then sending out more based on what we liked. That kind of care is rare. You could feel the chemistry of the whole team. Arturo, applause If you’re staying at Garza Blanca / Hotel Mousai, NOI is a MUST!!!! Big thank you to Arturo, Cuco, and Chef Massimo Fongaro for an unforgettable night ⭐️

More like a 3.5 star but I rounded up. The place is nice. It has funky decor and our service was amazing. I will say, if you’re not all inclusive, I would probably skip this restaurant. The food was just “okay.” I enjoyed our appetizers but we ordered basic Calamari and Burrata. In my opinion, you can’t really go wrong with those dishes.
My husbands entree, the Seafood in Pomodoro sauce dish was pretty good. They didn’t skimp on the seafood in the dish. In fact, he said “there’s almost too much seafood in here” so, if you’re a seafood lover, get it!
I got the fettuccini with prosciutto which our server said was his favorite. SKIP IT! It was not seasoned at all, tasted like noodles and plain cream. The “Prosciutto” was just like lunchmeat ham cut up.. It was not enjoyable.

To sum it up, Atmosphere and service is what makes this place. The food is lacking.

The dessert menu was an absolute delight, offering an array of sweet temptations that surpassed our expectations. Each dessert was a work of art, meticulously crafted and bursting with flavors that danced on our taste buds. From the velvety chocolate mousse to the delicate panna cotta every bite was a journey into pure bliss.

Pairing these delightful treats with a handcrafted cocktail from the bar elevated the experience to new heights. The mixologists’ expertise shone through in each sip, perfectly complementing the richness of the desserts. The attention to detail in both the drinks and desserts was truly commendable. The combination of divine desserts and impeccable drinks at this five-diamond resort’s bar is a match made in heaven. For those seeking a refined and indulgent experience amidst a luxurious setting, this bar is an absolute must-visit!

Very attentive personal.
The dining room is very spacious and clean.
The food is great, I wasn’t expecting much from a pizza. But it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.
I definitely would go back for the food.

The food is mediocre. The service is terrible. You constantly have to wait for someone to pour you water or wine. When I made the reservation, I mentioned it was my birthday. During check-in, I said it was my birthday. Nobody cared. Awful service.

The tagliata was the best! (Get it medium rare). The asparagus was amazing as well. Ramon was very attentive and helpful and we’ll definitely be back this week for the tagliata alone
