We went to NOEMA for my daughter’s birthday and this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the decor is beautiful. We had some concerns due to dietary restrictions and the owner Lisa came to our table to discuss the ingredients in various dishes. We can’t wait to go back.

I recently dined at Noema in Huntington, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food and cocktails were incredible.
Our waiter, Anthony, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly made our meal feel special. He took the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations, which we really appreciated. The hostess was equally warm and welcoming.
Noema delivered a top-tier experience, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

I believe the restaurant is worth a try. Overall, it was satisfactory. The crab cake was generously filled with crab meat. The grilled calamari and octopus were enjoyable and complemented each other well. The zucchini fries were decent. Although the fish seemed to be the star dish with an appealing presentation, I found it to be mediocre. The scallops, however, were delightful, although I couldn’t eat too much of the dish. The ribeye was also flavorful. In conclusion, it was a decent choice for a night out and adds value to the neighborhood.

This is an outstanding restaurant with exceptional service and delicious food. In addition, it is estically gorgeous. Our server Santo was superb. He was so passionate about the food as well as the cocktails and made excellent recommendations. Santo was extremely personable and attentive to our table throughout the evening. He is truly a great ambassador for this establishment! Cynthia was also professional and helpful.

Celebrated Galentine’s with my girls this weekend, and we had a phenomenal time at Noema! The atmosphere was lively and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a fun night out. The cocktails were not only delicious but also super cute—definitely picture-worthy!
For appetizers, we shared the three spreads, zucchini sticks, fried cheese, and Greek salad—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our entrées included the lamb chops and shrimp, both cooked to perfection. But the real star of the night? The deconstructed key lime pie—an absolute must-try!

This place has such a great vibe. Food, atmosphere, service and music are all on point. I’ve been there twice and both time I’ve thourly enjoyed myself. You definitely need to make reservations on the weekends, it’s usually very busy. Went another time on a Thursday and just walked in. Thursday night they had a DJ also.
Let’s get to the food! Already tried the crab cakes, shrimp appetizers, Brussel sprouts, ALL were delicious! Loved the chicken meatballs in the appetizers the most. Entrees the lambchop are really worth the money but paella was ok.
Drinks were great too!
Down side… the prices. Little on the steep side for the amount of food.
But all said. Yes yes definitely worth it and yes yes I will go back many more times!

Elegance, style, and exquisite gastronomy are super-sized at Noema of Huntington, the upscale Greek restaurant that has sailed into town! From the bar to the main dining room to the cozy upstairs dining, no matter where you sit, stand, drink, or eat, this is a feast for your eyes! The owners make their way to greet guests and warmly welcome you to the extension of their homes. Because in speaking to them, one learns they have put their hearts and time into this restaurant like they do with their families! And let’s just agree, these creative individuals have made this an experience to savor and not to be missed! Everything we ordered was presented artfully, seasoned, and cooked to protection and was delicious. We started with Fried Calamari and Zucchini Sticks and we’d order these again! The Salmon, Scallops with Squid Ink Pasta, and Paella was masterfully prepared. And we also enjoyed sharing the Arugula Salad, a delightful crisp bowl of greens topped with crumbled feta. For dessert, we dived into a pastry of decadence! I highly recommend Noema and eagerly await its arrival in my hometown! Hats off to the talented chef and hard-working staff! They are eager to please and deliver in every way. Congratulations and continued success!

I celebrated my anniversary at NOEMA. This was my first time dining out at a Greek cuisine restaurant. The place itself is nice, parking was no problem. We were seated immediately, which was nice, but it was incredibly cold inside! Aside from that, the food was okay. The shrimp saganaki was the BEST shrimp dish I’ve ever had. The scallops were perfectly cooked but I wasn’t a fan of the squid ink pasta. My spouse had the lamb chops and while cooked to perfection, they were under seasoned. Overall a good experience, I wouldn’t rush to return, though.

“Perfect, perfect, perfect.” “10s 10s I say across the board.”. Today is Sunday when my husband and I walked in NOEMA, first we notice that they had a live jazz band in the bar area upstairs. When we were being seated we were asked the option of sitting in the regular area or in the bar, we chose the regular. The service here is better than amazing *Thank you Anthony S and the rest of the staff for going above and beyond.
The sirracha loaded bloody mary was so delicious I ordered 2 and they were very accommodating with making it a mocktail which is huge for me. And the oysters are always a must, bluepoints are my favorite my husband liked the oysters from Canada better. A special thank you to the chef your food is divine, me and my husband were wowed with each bite. I ordered the Maryland Crabcake Benedict and as Gordon Ramsey would say the eggs were cooked to perfection and the crab meat was so clean and fresh whoever preps the food give yourself a big pat on your back I know you must work really early hours and we appreciate you so much. My husband requested the chicken and waffles the glaze that’s on top made the dish for me and the chicken was so perfectly cooked not dry and of course not raw, just flawless. If you haven’t tried NOEMA you are missing out on possibly the greatest dinning experience. Plus we heard every Thursday they have a dj and the move the tables so people can dance and they also have mocktails for people who don’t drink. I will definitely come back and try everything on the menu at least once if not multiple times. Thank you so much NOEMA for an outstanding experience. See you all soon.
