I loved this place. It had such a nice atmosphere and genuinely friendly staff. The fact is, of all the places I have visited, I found the people of Bangor to be some of the nicest and warmest people I’ve met. Always ready with a smile and a hello and happy to chat.
The food was excellent and there was an amazing amount of beers to choose from.
There was live music when I was there and that was also pretty amazing, the guy singing and playing a guitar put a really good new spin on some classics and, important to me, wasn’t too loud.
I liked that dogs were allowed and even though it was just a place to eat and drink, it has provided me with a very nice memory.

Best hamburger in Bangor and super friendly bartenders!
We stopped by on an afternoon of walking around Bangor for some lunch and a beer. We left feeling full and completely delighted!
The meatballs in the Flight of Meatballs were tender, juicy, and savory. Each of the three sauces were delicious in their own ways but the sweet chili was absolutely fantastic!
They had a great selection of beers from the New England area.

I came here because this restaurant has good review and my friend recommended it. It turned out WORST experience ever. The food came after 1 hour 10 minutes – we ordered wings and salad. 9 out of 10 wings got burnt and tasted bitter. We did not complain to get new wings because we did not want to wait for another hour. My friend ordered burger and fries but he got chips over fries. And the waitress said “yeah you saved 2 bucks”. So disappointed

Worst experience. We have been traveling for a year around the world and this is the worst food. We ordered 10 wings and have to wait 1 hour to get the food. 10 wings came with 9 of them burnt so bad I will show you the pics here in the post. I don’t taste anything other than the burnt. I don’t understand how the kitchen let this kind of food out to customer, even dog won’t eat this.

Fabulous! The food was incredible, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and the vibe super chill. We got the brats and kraut and the meatball flight, pretzel with cheese for an appetizer, and couldn’t decide between cheesecake and cookie a la mode so we got both! Live music seating was available, but we opted for a quieter section and it was perfect.

Always ordered out, never ate inside. They had the first lord of the rings movie playing which is a plus when I went in to grab the food. Otherwise, the pretzel is amazing. Got the veggie burger twice: first time was delicious, second time it tasted of meat and meat fat so I don’t trust getting another burger there.

Came for a margarita, left with a bunch of take out for dinner! Our Bartender was fantastic, fun and great to talk to! I ordered the Bacon Jam peanut butter burger sub grilled chicken, the bartender recommended getting pickled jalapeño peppers to add! I’m doing a delightful wiggle while I eat! So good definitely recommend! Love love love! Thanks for a great Sunday dinner!

This was my third time coming to this restaurant, previously enjoying it but this third experience was absolutely awful. First, our waiter Morgan M. was very rude and short with us not even greeting us upon ordering. Starting the interaction with “drinks” And questioning my boyfriend’s out of state ID (although somewhat reasonable, he is freshly 21) but after showing his university ID to confirm his name she was bold enough to comment about his haircut in a very rude manner, which is not much different from his current haircut. This was the only interaction we had with Morgan because she had disappeared for about 40 minutes before another waitress had come over to take over for her. On that topic we had waited for our food for a little over an hour and had waiting for our appetizer major of the hour. We had been at this restaurant for almost two hours and had ordered two appetizers and one meal. I’m disappointed in the service I had received and I hope they can do better in the future.
