I’m thoroughly disappointed with the inconsistent size of each roll, some (spider roll) barely fitting through my mouth which made the experience of eating horrific . The rice is on the harder side and where was that tinge of rice vinegar? It did not taste fresh.
The taste of the california roll was ruined by the hard and flavorless rice. The spider roll was absolutely gross because the softshell crab tempura coating was greasy and tough— not the typical light tempura fry you’d expect.
Given the price point and subpar taste of the sushi, we will not return .

The restaurant itself looks fine and it clean inside. The problem is the food itself. I ordered Japanese Curry rice. The pork stew inside the curry is basically spoiled. I did not say anything until I finish payment and which also include tips. Then I told the waitress about this situation and hope she can tell the kitchen and be aware of it as it is a food safety issue. However I get zero response, like talking to the air. And I guess I am not surprised or expecting anything more, as I also notice that since I enter the restaurant until I left, I did not see any smile from both waiters face to me or to any other guest or even to them self. This is why I also rate service very low

Noburu is comparable to Kizuki and similar ramen chains from the local area. This location is conveniently located right next to the Belle Bottega movie theater, making it a solid choice for an after-film meal, especially around dinner time.
There’s a decent selection of sushi: rolls, nigiri, temaki, sashimi as well as your typical popular Japanese casual dining offers such as curry rice, katsu, -don bowls and ramen. Ramen is flavorful but the chashu could use more time in the broth and the garlic ramen I ordered could use more salt.
Staff are friendly, but nothing remarkable or offensive in terms of service. The restaurant itself has a pretty weeb-friendly aesthetic that’s typical of the Pacific North West. There’s even novelty anime merch available for sale which makes it a fun place for you to bring your younger siblings and kids.

I’ve ordered take out ramen for lunch for a couple years now. The last few months, the ratios have been off. There is a tiny amount of broth compared to a lot noodles, the noodles stick out above the broth. The last two orders have had stone cold eggs like just out of the refrigerator cold, while the broth is barely warm. They still have a decent amount of other ingredients just not nearly enough broth. Also the last two times, the meat and egg were cold, like refrigerator cold.

Great new place in Bella Botegga. Really cool interior, friendly and fun place. Staff are fast and attentive. Menu has lots of choices so something for everyone. Ramen was good. Not the best in the city but still very tasty. Sushi was so so. Not bad but not great either. The appetizers were very good. Got the brussel sprouts and pork bun. Yummy.

Been back a couple of times and the food is consistent except the pork bun. It’s been inconsistent. Sushi is still decently good. We like coming here because of the variety and everyone can usually get what they want. One of the things I noticed though is the ramen is never hot, just barely more than lukewarm. They need to up the temperature.

So very happy we found this Japanese Restaurant! Both dishes were delicious! And abundant! Lots of fresh fish! Broth was creamy. … I should have added more hot spice. Poke bowl and ShrimpKaraage Ramon.

Always ALWAYS a good experience. Whether they’re busy or slow, always on point. Ramen is very flavorful. Sushi never a let down and the tea is top notch. My girls always like to try a new drink so far so good! Highly recommend

My friend and I stumbled upon this place by accident— we showed up at Oto right as they were closing for lunch and we didn’t feel like driving. This was the closest sushi spot within walking distance, so we gave it a shot and we were really glad we did. The fast service, quality food and generous portions were a nice surprise. We’ll be back for sure!

Very good service. I went there alone and wasn’t sure what to do, and the person at the front guided me to the sushi bar. I got the spider roll and takoyaki (never had either of those before as I prefer nigiri) and they were really good & filling!
