My first time here. Everyone was super friendly and the service was fast. This is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had and that says a lot coming from someone who’s from Texas. The ribs were so tender they fell off the bone. 10/10 flavor! Crispy tater tots and the cornbread was flavorful and moist. Can’t wait to come back!

NoBull Smokehouse has some of my favorite ribs in town. I get them dry and use the multiple sauces to enhance the experience. The meat falls off the bone with each bite. The huckleberry refresher is very tasty. Sweet cornbread with maple butter comes to each table.
Service has been very polite and chill both of the times we’ve gone. Prices are comparable to a higher end, quality experience.

Coming from a place that I was raised with amazing smoked meats and bbq this place is actually pretty good… if you like a nice sweet sticky brown sugar peppery pork rib these are super good tender and super flavorful. I have never been a dry rub fan because it’s just not my flavor but they were good I had the sweet corn casserole and it was so gooood! The Mac and cheese super creamy but I wish it had more of a sharp taste to it. The head liner …. Drum rolll … the beef brisket … it was tender and had a nice texted however the bark for my likely was a little in the saltier side… other then that it was overall a great choice for the area if your looking for smoked meat… the drinks were great I had the island (Park) Time … super awesome I had 2-3 drinks and they were amazing !!! Gauge was my awesome bar tender and he was great answering my questions and making my drink great vibes parking after 5 the parking across the street I free during the day there is street parking right out front but don’t park in the parking lot next door it is private and they down own it. Btw the start is freaking awesome looking forward to coming back tomorrow Before we leave

First time eating there. Two of us got sampler platter. Food was very tasty, fast service. Waitress was very good. Will come back again. Down town Fargo is a fun place to go, even in winter. Parking ramp is big asset.

We were visiting from out of town and had a craving for BBQ. The got a sample of some of the different meats. The fatty brisket was tender and juicy, the pork ribs were fall off the bone tender and excellent. Everything was great though the potato salad was just ok. Very good bbq for the area and would definitely come back but don’t think I’ll ever be back in this part for the rest of my life. We had a good visit and a great meal.

10/10 this place is awesome. The food was great, probably among the best BBQ I have ever had. The sides were just as good as the meats.

We had a lovely time, staff was super friendly. My only complaint is it was super slow from the time we sat down to get our drinks and to take our order. But that could be for a number of reasons. But either than that, it was very pleasant. We will be coming back in the future!

Great place with very good BBQ and fantastic service (thank you Delaney)! I visit/try tons of BBQ places all over the US in addition to running my own BBQ business in Norway and I will say that this place puts out BBQ that for sure is in the upper ranks! I would come back for sure.
I ordered:
– Cornbread (came hot and very moist with a delicious compound butter on the side)
– Mac’n cheese (perfectly creamy and cheesy)
– Potato salad (creamy, but fresh and subtle taste. Perfect together with the meats as it does not take focus, but kind of stays in the background)
– Brisket lean (perfectly cocked with a good fat render and perfect bark. You can tell they started off right from trimming all the way through to slicing and serving)
– Pulled pork (perfection! Very moist and juicy and a smoke taste that does not overpower the pork)
– Ribs (fall off the bone, but does not fall apart)
– House sausage (technically well executed smoked sausage, but the seasonings did not hit my personal preferences)
– Banana pudding (very good classic dessert that is a nice ending to the meal)
