Haven’t been in a while. The food remains excellent. Who would have thought a mushroom salad would be the unlikely hero of the meal. All the usuals still up to scratch crispy rice with spice tuna, jalapeño yellowtail, rock shrimp etc. Should visit more.

Food and service was excellent. Particularly the creamy snow crab, was delicious. The black cod was great too. It was very quiet and nice environment! Even managed to give a card for birthday

Had the lunch omakase (£75). The most impressive dish I would say is the Shrimp Tempura Salad. Seasoned well and the tempura shell is perfect. The main dish here is the Miso Beef or the Sea Bass fillet. The filet is a better choice since the beef is a bit too salty. Ending with an amazing dessert with layers of coffee, vanilla ice cream, honeycomb, which is perfect after the main course.

TLDR; worth a try if u would like to have a Western-Japanese fusion style meal.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my 31st birthday here.
Following a previous visit to the other Nobu branch; I knew the yellow tail jalapeño was a non negotiable, must-order item!
As before it was deliciously tangy, fresh and moreish. An absolute 10/10!

Additionally we indulged in the beef tenderloin tataki and the for the mains we selected the lemon king crab and lobster but to our dismay we were informed the lobster had sold out, therefore this was supplemented with octopus. Quite frankly, it wasn’t what we wanted and over all, I was very disappointed with the lack of depth or any real flavor in this dish. I requested some chilli sauce and to my surprise, the chef prepared me a chilli butter. This was truly spicy and delicious but I’m not sure it salvaged the truly bland dish. We also indulged in the crispy squid which was unique in flavor as the batter had powdered jalapeño in it. Crispy, unique and also very moreish. In my humble opinion, a tinsie bit more salt would really make the flavors stand out a bit more in this dish.

My date and I were invited to sit at the window-table, but because the tables were all relatively closely together, we felt like we would have been intruding if we had sat at the spot offered to us by our server. A couple looking very cozy were already sitting at the window seat and it seemed all the other available window spots were taken. We requested to be seated at any other table and were unfortunately very awkwardly placed at the table in the center of the room/ and closest to the till. (See pics below for reference) … this table was a bit too in the center and in the ‘middle’ for an intimate evening if you ask me, however I can’t fault the staff as I thought the waiters were very attentive and happy to advise.

Lastly, I was extremely pleasantly surprised as a platter with ice cream on it and a hand written ‘happy birthday’ across it was presented to me at the end of our fabulous meal.
A beautiful and kind gesture that truly tied the evening together.

We recently dined at Nobu to celebrate a special occasion and were thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The food was exceptional, with standout dishes such as the Tuna Taco and the Lobster Maki—both of which are not to be missed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided consistently good service throughout the evening.

The restaurant was very crowded during our visit, which contributed to a lively atmosphere but also made the ambience feel somewhat average for a fine-dining establishment. Nonetheless, the vibrant energy added to the celebratory mood, and we enjoyed our time there.

Overall, it was a memorable dining experience with excellent cuisine and commendable service. We look forward to returning.

At first, the restaurant was extremely noisy, which really affected the overall mood and dining experience. That said, the service from our server was genuinely attentive. He proactively wiped the table twice during the meal and cleaned up food crumbs without being asked — a level of detail that honestly feels Michelin-standard.

As for the food, I ordered the most expensive omakase set, but the only item that stood out was the wagyu, which was decent. Everything else — including the sashimi and sushi — was very average. The sushi quality felt more like a budget sushi place: the rice variety wasn’t great, it wasn’t properly prepared, and the ingredients were nothing special.

In my opinion, this set is worth around €90 at most, not €190.

Tldr: dont go. There are loads of better japanese restaurant in london.

Food: extremely average to borderline bad

– miso cod was underseasoned and skin is over charred and bitter
– cripsy rice and salmon is okay. Salmon paste tastes average nothing interesting
– yellowtail ceviche tastes like exactly what u see fish with ponzu and some tiny jalapeno. This exact same dish often appears in other japanese restaurants but with a twist.
– beef skewers in medium rare turns out to be fully cooked. Spicy sauce was too salty but finally some interesting flavours !!!
– handmade mochi: honestly dont bother ordering. Little moon was better than this. Mochi Skin is dry. Matcha Ice cream has no flavor and the biscuit at the bottom was so hard like cardboard.
– miso cappuccino: edible but not worth £15

Atmosphere: dated decor. the only plus is the greenpark view. So noisy that you almost needs to shout so that the other person can hear you.

Honestly, it is a miracle that such average japanese restaurant can survive in crazy competition in london. I can see more than half of the tables there are for business occasion.

I went to Nobu for Lunch and I was happy with the service received from the Japanese lady, who recommended the yellowtail and Deluxe Bento box for a man with a big appetite.

If the opportunity arises will visit again, since I liked the atmosphere and the diversity of staff ranging from Japanese, Black to White people.

Thanks for the lovely experience.

Everything here was amazing, I came on my own and wanted to try different things. Christina was very helpful, accommodating, attentive, and mindful of food allergies! Would highly recommend if you’re a sushi lover or a Japanese food Stan or if you’re a foodie! Anything with Tuna there is amazing, would definitely come back.

Had sushi here yesterday and it was genuinely excellent. The fish was incredibly fresh, the presentation was beautiful, and every piece had a perfect balance of flavour. The nigiri were soft and fresh, and the maki rolls were prepared really well. The atmosphere is calm and refined, and the service was very attentive. One of the best sushi experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.
