Nobody Hibachi Sushi is amazing! The food is delicious! The service is absolutely fantastic! And, the atmosphere is fun and relaxing. I highly recommend Nobu. It’s fun for a couple or a group. Me and my family absolutely love this place. our server Marina was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, always smiling, and had the best attitude. She made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. The food was delicious, the portions were great, and the chefs did a great job. We will definitely be back!!

Dined here for a birthday celebration. Waitress was really dry and not acting if she’d wanted to be at work that day. Before we made it to the table she was already asking our orders ( we didn’t have a menu). Food portions were very small for a party of 7. We had enough rice for maybe kids meals not for adults. Waitress never came to check on us for refills or anything else for that matter. Had to ask another waiter for refills. After paying she held her hand out for an additional tip as if she’d tended to our table at all. Smh. Really nice environment. Chef was decent he had a good attitude. Unless another birthday celebration I won’t be attending anymore.

Pro’s: Fun atmosphere, friendly employees, entertainment while you are waiting and good tasty food you darn well know is freshly cooked.
Con: only one and it covers every Japanese steakhouse i have encountered. The salads are pre dressed ahead of time and the dressing is always separated and salads unappetizing because of it ♂️

Waited over two hours to be seated, which is understandable for the day and time. However we waited another hour just for our cook to get to us. The food portions were very small, the steaks were very thin and fatty, and had very little flavor. The cook seemed to be in a very big rush, which made the whole experience not that enjoyable. We’ve been numerous times and it seems like it gets worse each time we go. The waitress did not offer refills one time, nor did she check on anyone at the table. Overall it was just poor service across the board and the price was ridiculous for the amount of food we received. That is the last time we will be eating there.

Delicious Hibachi Vibes at Nobu
Stopped by Nobu Hibachi in Mount Juliet the other day and man—it did not disappoint. I had the hibachi chicken with mushrooms and it was fire. The chicken was juicy, the mushrooms were cooked to perfection, and the flavor combo hit just right.
The chef put on a great show, too—classic hibachi entertainment with that fun, sizzling energy. Portions were solid, prices fair, and everything came out hot and fresh.
Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. If you’re in the area and craving that savory hibachi goodness, Nobu’s got you covered.

The food is great. Most of the chefs are great. The servers are lacking. They don’t come around often enough. We seem to always have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for service.

Fabulous food and there’s kids loved the show the cook put on. She forgot our soup and we didn’t realize til we were done. I let her know and she bagged three huge containers to go for us. Nicest staffand quivk seating. Will definitely go back❤️

This place has delicious food. The service is top-notch, and everything we ordered was cooked right in front of us. The chef that cooked for us put on a great show. My son let them know it was my birthday, and they did a really cool birthday song and turned down all the lights. There was so much food that we had leftovers to take home. I would recommend them to everyone.

The Hibachi experience was exceptional, with the establishment accommodating sharing of dishes. The Sushi was of the highest quality. The cleanliness of the restroom facilities was commendable. Typically, I frequent this establishment with friends, indulging in the Sushi offerings. However, on this occasion, my nephews were visiting, prompting us to opt for the Hibachi option. Surprisingly, my nine-year-old nephew expressed a desire to try lobster, which was met with astonishment. Remarkably, he devoured it with great enthusiasm. Out of all 5 of my family we tried steak, chicken, lobster, and shrimp. Everything was wonderful. The Hibachi showmanship was highly entertaining. Furthermore, the establishment appears to be an ideal venue for birthday celebrations, as witnessed during an adjacent table’s celebration. The establishment provided neon signs, a celebratory hat for the birthday individual, and they sang Happy Birthday.
