Drinks were very good, and I appreciate the presentation, but the quality of fish was not much different than I can get here in Durham NC at M Sushi, which surprised me.
Nobu Dallas is a culinary masterpiece and a must-visit for anyone seeking a world-class dining experience. From the moment you enter, the sleek, sophisticated ambiance sets the tone for an unforgettable evening.
Every dish is impeccably crafted, balancing flavor, presentation, and innovation. Standouts include their signature Black Cod Miso, Tuna Tartare, and expertly curated sushi rolls that are as beautiful as they are delicious. The cocktails are equally elevated, with artful creations that perfectly complement the cuisine.
The service is exceptional — attentive, professional, and knowledgeable, enhancing the dining experience without ever being intrusive. Nobu is more than a meal; it’s an experience.
Some of the best we have ever had. It was packaged very nicely even if the rolls did not quite match the pictures on line. While we are usually hardcore sashimi eaters, we opted from some of their more interesting dishes. We’ll do the sashimi next time when we actually go to the restaurant.
The Kelp salad was basic and crispy fresh but the Eel & Cucumber cut roll tasted delicate
The House Special Roll has 5 tasty fish and wrapped in Daikon
The Matteo roll tasted very delicate with spicy tuna and asparagus wrapped in soy paper and topped with Guac
Eggplant Miso was the most tasty and tender eggplant ever
The piece de resistance was the Salmon Nashi Pear Truffle roll which really excited the senses
Great job
I was also disappointed with the spread, there’s only 8 or 9 different sushi options and they’ll just constantly refill that. No need dishes to be brought out as time passes. The dessert spread was also minimal. I expect better for a brunch that’s $75 per person.
The service was attentive but we felt rushed. They gave us our bill without us asking and then came back 10 mins later saying let us take care of the bill for you. I thought my reservation was good for 2hrs? I was only 50 min into my reservation. It wasn’t even crowded that they need to rush us.
