We experienced some challenges during our visit. Service was a bit slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, which caused confusion with orders and table numbers, compounded by technical issues at the register.

Our pizza had to be remade because it was too thin, but unfortunately the replacement was also bland and doughy. The salad bar items appeared to have been sitting for a while—the potato salad and cottage cheese were clumped, and the overall presentation was unappealing. The breadsticks were decent, though slightly sweet.

With improvements to both service and food quality, this restaurant has potential for a much better dining experience.

We love, love, love Noble Roman’s here in Kokomo. Super nice staff and great food. Love the pizza, but I have to say I love the spaghetti even more.

Customized pizzas are the best. I got just what I wanted including cheese dip for the cheesy bread. The food and service was amazing! Plenty of seating including a salad bar. Best pizza around. Will be back.

You know this was literally the first time eating Nobel Roman pizza in 20+ years. We used to have one in Logansport when I was growing up. They closed and reopened several years later. That location also closed up. So this location is in Kokomo and I thought the pizza was really good. However the breed sticks wasn’t good at all. Zero taste so I wouldn’t recommend ordering them.

The cashier was a huge help his name was Rick I can’t thank him enough. I left my wallet there overnight and I was completely stressed and he kept it safe for me until I came in and retrieved it. Again thank you so much!!

I thought I ordered a deep-dish pizza, but got a regular one instead. For $35, it was bland, cold, and terribly small, and didn’t have the sausage I ordered. Next time I’ll save myself $15 and go to Pizza King and get better-tasting and more pizza for my money. Really disappointed.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place really disappointed me. The pizza was soggy and greasy, and it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The cheese barely melted, and the crust was somehow both burnt on the edges and raw in the middle.
On top of that, the service was super slow — it took almost 45 minutes to get one pizza, and the staff didn’t seem to care. When I tried to mention the issue, the server just shrugged. The restaurant itself wasn’t clean either — tables were sticky and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept all day.
For the price they charge, I expected way better quality. Save your money and go somewhere else if you actually want good pizza and decent service.

OMG… it has been forever since I’ve had Nobles Roman Sicilian pizza and they didn’t disappoint. The staff were super friendly and tentative. Good food and good service. We will definitely be back soon!!!

The employees were making food without gloves on, take little pieces off of the customers pizza as it got out of the oven, very unsanitary and unprofessional. It took me 45 mins to get a personal pizza and 6 breadsticks to go.

I rarely write a review. My experience was so disappointing that I am hoping it saves someone else from a terrible meal. We ordered a large sausage deep dish and a kid’s cheese pizza. With tip it was$53. I ordered online at 2:00 in the afternoon and scheduled delivery at 6:00. The pizza was delivered until 6:40. The driver had texted me a little before 6:00 and said the pizzas weren’t ready and they had lost my order. What we received was a cold, tasteless medium cheese pizza and a kids pizza. I called Noble Romans and they never apologized. I was told first of all that it was the drivers’s fault. When I asked for them to explain how it was his fault, they said the order got lost. I asked why they didn’t call me and confirm the order. The guys response was that they don’t call customers.
All I wanted was an apology. I got excuses and the worst pizza I have ever tasted.
