Amazing. Best meal I have had in Keene in a long time. Elevated date night or girls dinner spot. Fun cocktails, super tasty small plates and specials. Staff was also extremely efficient and kind especially for only being open a few months I figured there would be some kinks to the process still. Not at all everything was fabulous.

Loved this place! Super cool environment. The cocktails were great – I had a lychee spritz. The noodles in the ramen tasted fresh and the broth was incredible. There were a bunch of quirky items on the menu that were fun to try. Our server was super attentive and charismatic; it was apparent she really cared about place and what they serve. Big fan of the dishware because the cups and bowls were cool and funky. Would love to come back again.

Amazing little place! We got the Shoyu ramen with pork and the Tonkotsu ramen, and both were delicious! We also got the bahn mi bao buns and the cinnamon bao for dessert, all of which were also amazing. Drinks were great too. Our server was wonderful (I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name!)
The only slight downside was the reservation aspect. You don’t get a table right away once you book a time, you need to wait a bit for them to email/text.
Overall a great experience, especially for a new spot. Will definitely be returning!

This place is a little gem! From the outside it could be anything, but you walk in and you’re transported to a fancy place like this is a real gem for Keene, we have like a nice big city feeling restaurant now. And the service was excellent, Keturah served us. I was a little afraid to try an appetizer sorry I don’t remember what it was called but it had tuna that may have been raw and it was AMAZING. I got the soy based ramen. I wanted a fun drink but not alcoholic and the bar tender came up and gave me a bunch of ideas and here’s the pretty drink, hibiscus lemonade. The hisbiscus flower was edible, I’d never eaten one before and it tastes just like a cranberry! lol. The owner is also the chef and he takes serious prod in the food, you can tell. He even makes his own ramen noodles and they’re soooo good! You can tell they’re home made. Last photo was my friend’s food he got the steak

Innovative & delicious! The vibes are 10/10 – the service is great – and the food was nearly perfect! We got the bao bun, spring rolls, and wanton nachos which were all fantastic. Especially the nachos – completely unique and soooooo good! The only disappointment was the tonkotsu ramen – the pork and toppings were excellent but we found the broth to be bland & flavorless – not the rich creamy broth you’d expect – hoping it was a once off thing – we will definitely be giving it another go to find out!

Food and service was great! We sat at the bar during the soft opening. We got the spicy ramen, tuna appetizer, and short rib. It has a long bar that’s nice to sit and relax.
A slight smell of cigar smoke from next door when you first go in but don’t notice once you sit down.

They were slow when I went in, but still a fun atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Yuri the bartender was great. Got to meet the chef. Absolutely delicious bowl. I would strongly recommend this as a destination for your night out.

We had a great visit to Noble. We were a large party and they did a great job accommodating all of us. The staff were attentive and worked well as a team. They were able to advise on menu items and were careful to double check about any allergies.
I ordered the Thai tea martini, the Pad Thai wontons, and the wonton nachos. I’d definitely get all of those again!
They have high and low seating, plus bar seating. A wheelchair user can get in and be seated, but the path to the restroom might be a little narrow.
I would go back!

I’m picky about Japanese food, and i absolutely loved their Tonkatsu ramen! This is a top 5 restaurant in Keene for me. The food, service, and interior design were all very good. I was initially skeptical about the future of this restaurant because they’re in such a weird location. It’s easy to not know they exist because they’re not on main street or in a busy plaza. However, after eating there, i think they’re such a good restaurant that they might be able to overcome that.

My husband and I have been here a couple times now. We were very excited for their soft open and went opening night, and have been 3 times since then. Every time it gets better. The drinks are great (though the bar tender does tend to be a bit slow), the food is incredible and the service is always friendly and efficient.
All in all if youre looking for extremely delicious food in an intimate, moody atmosphere with great service?? Come to Noble. They’ve definitely made a regular out of us.
