I love their pho! And what’s nice is they offer a “little pho” for a child size serving or for those of us that want a smaller portion. The broth is flavorful and light. My husband scarfed down the pork plate with a fried egg and we had the garlic fish sauce chicken wings for an appetizer. Unique flavor on the wings, never had this combo and it did not disappoint. And I’m a viet coffee with boba drinker, theirs is strong and not overly sweet-a great finish to a yummy meal.

It was a cold day so I was in the mood for Pho, and wanted to try this new Vietnamese restaurant out. The place was not busy so you can see the staff were chill and still in training but they were attentive and told us to press the button on the table for service. The fish sauce wings were nice and crispy, and the flavor was sweet and savory. The fish sauce smell might be off putting for some but I grew up with it. The Banh Mi was good, the pork meat filling was tastey, I think the use of the torta bread is a little off, but it was still good. The vermicelli bowl was pretty huge, u definitely get a nice portion. The lemongrass pork was delicious; however our bowl was mostly fatty pieces of meat which doesn’t bother me, but daughter didnt like it as much and can be off putting for other customers not used to it. The beef pho was really good. I may have read it wrong, but they dont really offer a true Dac biet or Combo bowl, they offer you 3 diff meats, so u have to really choose between wanting meats, tendon, tripe, etc. The portion size was good I didnt get a lot of meat. Overall good food, good portion sizes, decent prices, and nice place to chill. I would definitely come back to this place.

This new pho place is definitely the best in town. The pho broth is sooo good…so rich and flavorful. The spring rolls are massive and the eggs rolls are crispy and well seasoned. They also have these little buttons right on the table so you can alert your server when you need anything, and there’s a kiosk to order takeout. Most convenient and tech savvy pho place I’ve ever been to. The new owners even stopped by to say hi and make sure everything was good. I will be back often!

The ordering and delivery method for this place is very reminiscent of many restaurants in asia and I personally love that its becoming more common here. The lemongrass pork with broth and eggroll had plentiful amounts of meat as well as vegetables with stunning presentation. Portions are rather large while also being incredibly affordable.
The tapioca in my drink was super warm and soft while the thai tea strong and exquisitely layered. So good I ordered an additional to go. We throughly enjoyed our experience here.
I think the only negative I have to say about this place is that its not very close to my house so I can’t eat it every week. Hopefully they’ll open a location closer to Austin once this place takes off.

Came on a Monday evening during a rush (everyone also thought having pho in this cold weather was the move!) was sat within 5 minutes.
The tables have call buttons for servers which eases and speeds up service.
Ordered the shrimp spring rolls, 2 two meat phos and the lemongrass chicken banh mi.
The bread on the banh mi was so light and warm. It was the true winner of this dish.
The spring rolls were good, I wish they have a bit of a stronger flavor to them but the peanut sauce was enjoyable. The broth of the pho is 100% why I will be back. It was flavorful, hot temperature wise, and tied everything in nicely.

Broth is super clean, no MSG, nice earthy taste. Meat is tender, evenly sliced, solid portion with all the fundamental variety of prime selection. Fair pricing $14-16 for a bowl, strong coffee the way it should be. Clean ingredients especially with proper remover of shrimp guts/poo as observed nicely in the spring rolls. This is a great addition to the local restaurants on University. Close to BSW RRMC, walking distance. Friendly atmosphere.

The pho here is pretty good. It was not salty and they give you a load of noodles, if that’s your thing. I also don’t think that they skimped on the meat which is a good thing. The broth could be a little bit hotter when it comes out. As you add bean sprouts and the other herbs, it does decrease the temperature of the broth. The broth is close to Pho Phong Luu.
We also got the banh mi the flavors are on. I wish it had a tad more meat and when we got the sandwich there was a glob of mayonnaise that made the middle part of the sandwich very soggy. I would recommend that they spread the mayonnaise/aioli evenly so that this doesn’t happen.
It’s still a bit of a way out for us to go here, so it’s nice to know that there is a place. If we happen to be in the area. We would go again.

Very very good pho. Retails 14 dollars for a bowl of pho but feels fair for the level you are getting. Our bowls were packed with meat with the 2 combination bowl, but needing more noodles imo. We also enjoyed their banh mi and looking forward to improvements as they continue to grow. Love the growing Asian food scene here in town.

Natalie was such a great waitress. Patient even with us coming in towards closing (most locations get attitudes in texas) i made a mistake in which sandwich I liked and she fixed it with no hesitation. Let’s start with atmosphere. It is exceptionally loud in here with the music blaring. We’re not at a club and I struggled over the blaring music to ensure that my server could take my order.
We started with the shrimp spring rolls and fried egg rolls. The noodles in the shrimp spring roll are soggy, a theme that would continue in later dishes. The fried egg rolls are overpowered by shiitake mushrooms.
Our server could not answer basic questions about the menu. We asked if fatty brisket was an option and were met by bumbling. I asked if the chicken in the vermicelli bowls is white or dark meat and this required a wait while she consulted someone.
The pho broth is lacking in depth. And perhaps a tad too salty. The meatballs are the only redeeming component in that soup (eye round steak, brisket and meatballs). The noodles are too soggy.
The lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl is an extreme disappointment. The chicken marinade/sauce is excessively sweet. And even though they used chicken thigh meat, it still wound up being dry. And the noodles, again are way too soggy.
The service was lacking. This is not the kind of place that is going to check back on you once you’ve gotten your meal. And they sure as hell will not touch the plates piling up to make room. But they will sneak up and refill the napkins without excusing themselves as they insert themselves into your space while you’re still eating (they could have waited till we left)
And, once we were clearly finished engaging in this catastrophic meal, it would be sometime before anyone came over to offer us the check.
It’s not a relaxing place to eat a meal. It is extremely loud. The food is mediocre, at best and the service for lack of a better term, sucks.
I don’t know who is throwing out 4 and 5 stars.
