The food and the service were absolutely outstanding! Absolute must have were the lamb meatballs, and the lamb sliders! The ribeye was cooked to perfection. Dessert was cinnamon roll cheesecake. Everything was fresh and homemade.
A special comment about the espresso martini. Not too many places make a good espresso martini. It MUST be made with espresso and most places just use coffee or espresso Liquor. It is NOT the same thing! This espresso martini was made with espresso and was absolutely perfection!
The interior design was absolutely stunning! The bar vibe is super cool and that is my favorite place to sit always.
There’s a beautiful outdoor patio and I cannot wait for Summer to see it in its full glory.
The best part of all was meeting and connecting with the sisters who created this beautiful space in our community. I’m looking forward to some great food and great collaborations!
We had the calamari appetizer – outstanding. Fish and chips dinner – light, fluffy breading, not overdone, and the fish tacos, perfectly cooked and spiced. I can’t wait to try more of the menu!
Our server, Dawn, was truly a delight. Her personality lit up the table, and she brought such a fun, genuine energy to the entire experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made our first visit feel special. That kind of service sticks with you. Honestly, it’s the reason people return to a new restaurant. Dawn didn’t just serve our table; she created an experience.
The food absolutely delivered. I started with the French Onion soup and the Baguette with Pesto. Both were delicious, rich, and indulgent — and the baguette had that perfectly oily finish that makes you savor every bite. For dinner, I ordered the Sausage Rigatoni, and when it hit the table… wow. “Eating with your eyes” is an understatement. It was a bomb of flavor, creamy with just the right touch of spice and generous chunks of sausage in every bite. Comforting, bold, and incredibly satisfying.
The drinks were just as impressive. Visually stunning and equally delicious, you can tell there’s real creativity happening behind the bar. The cocktail menu itself was a joy to read through. It’s inventive, playful, and clearly crafted with care.
And then dessert… the Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake. Yes, cinnamon roll cheesecake. It was unique, velvety, and completely unforgettable. I would come back for that alone. It was the perfect sweet ending to an already incredible meal.
I’m genuinely excited about this new restaurant. If this first visit is any indication, it’s absolutely going to be a must-stop spot. Can’t wait to go back.
This area has been underserved of late.
We wanted a “higher-end” establishment with superior food and cocktails… Noble fills that bill.
The perfect mix of Ritz, value, culture, comfort, camaraderie, and great food.
They’re a new spot, so I’m not shocked there are some growing pains, and I’m willing to give a little grace for that. We had a 7:30 PM reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:15. That isn’t the main reason for my overall take, but it’s absolutely worth mentioning.
Now, the food is what matters most. We were a party of 10, and the table was pretty split: some people liked their dishes, others were pretty “meh” about it. Around me, we had chicken and steak. The steak was ordered medium rare and some portions came out somewhere between rare and raw (photo reflects this). The chicken was the opposite — more than well done — but I’ll give credit where it’s due: the breading was really nicely done and crunchy. On its own it wasn’t great, but with the other additions it became edible. The mac and cheese (which I tried) wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t something I’d come back craving either.
For a place charging slightly upscale prices, the food didn’t really match the expectation. One bright spot: the presentation was actually really nice — everything looked great hitting the table.
Would I return? Probably, yeah — I’d give them another chance, especially since they’re new. But if the same issues repeat, I wouldn’t come back, because at that point it stops being “new restaurant bumps” and starts looking like a trend.
The cocktails were delicious. I started with the Float Like A Butterfly and my husband had the Nobleman both were expertly crafted, and we finished with espresso martinis (best we’ve ever had).
The food was excellent as well. My husband’s sausage rigatoni had great flavor and I had the filet, perfectly cooked and well seasoned. We took the peanut butter pie home to our kids and they loved it 🙂
The negative reviews seem to be from people who need to invent a reason to complain because for a new restaurant our experience was flawless!
Welcome to New Hudson, Noble! We’re so excited to have you and we will definitely be back.
The atmosphere is warm and gorgeous.
Will definitely be back and highly recommend you experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
We had calamari as our appetizer and I also had the salmon and my daughters had their burgers. Everything was amazing.
They also have a beautiful patio outside with a nice fireplace for drinks in the summertime. Can’t wait to go back and try some other entrees.
