The food was alright. Nothing fantastic but fair for the price. The side dishes were decent, we ordered tofu and salmon. Both were decent. The rice was a bit much and had to leave it. It’s self serve so not much to say for service. However at one point a staff gave additional tea. Atmosphere is bright, good for typical conversations.

The food is prepared with great care, and the taste, presentation, generous portion, and service are all satisfactory. I particularly appreciate the side dishes, which enhance the overall set meal. We will definitely come again !

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants to eat at. The owner was very friendly and personal with his clients, he always did a wonderful job with the service and started remembering my husband and I since we came so often.
Unfortunately, over the past few months we have stopped seeing him in the restaurant. We see new workers every time, and the service is just not good anymore.
They leave dirty dishes on the tables and serve us with plastic cups and plastic utensils because they are not doing the dishes. On the other hand, the dirty tables have glass cups and ceramic utensils.(as you can see in my image)
They are also not very friendly and do the bare minimum with the clients.
After the last few times of coming and being disappointed, we have decided to stop spending our money here. It’s a shame but clearly this place isn’t doing as well now that the owner isn’t here as often/anymore.

Pretty tasty Japanese Bento style food! The sets come with a miso soup, some side dishes (deep fried tofu, veggies, etc), and the main dish.
We typically like the pork (in photo), beef, and chicken sets with rice. The udon one is good too for kids. The chicken kaarage is also cooked just right as seen in the photos.
Plenty of parking in the Ironwood mall since it’s never full. Note that the restaurant is not very big, so you might want to reserve beforehand. You can collect stamps, and after 10, you’ll get a meal for free!

I have lived in Japan for 16 years and sometimes miss Japanese dishes. I am so glad we found this restaurant. I feel like I am back in Japan. The food is amazing, and the service is incredible. The staff is always so friendly and thoughtful. If you are having a bad day like me, come; you will feel better!

This place was a random choice and was pleasantly surprised, its was amazing. One of the best meals I think I’ve ever had out, I had the Japanese beef curry it was delicious. We also had the chicken course probably the best chicken I’ve ever had put. We sat at the bar and ever meal was prepared with love, I needed up ordering more food to go and they explained the best way to prepare it at home. I will definitely be coming back, it was definitely some amazing comfort food. I would have licked my plate clean if I could have.
