Noah’s is a cute, elegant restaurant. The atmosphere was wonderful and the wait staff was great. Our food was just okay. Not terrible, but just okay. I ordered the lamb. It was under seasoned and one of the medallions was overcooked. The potatoes I ordered reminded me of a potato lasagna, starchy with gritty cheese. I should have gotten the pureed potatoes that my husband ordered, they were better. Dessert saved the meal. I got the lemon sorbet. It was absolutely refreshing. Again, overall not bad, but probably not fully worth the price of the meal. Might have been an “off” night or maybe I needed to try something different.

We had Crab Crusted Tempura Scallops with unique stir fried veggies and fish of the day – Halibut with a lite crust dust, citrus creme and asparagus. Both were a great blend of flavors. Brian was very knowledgeable with the menu and history of the restaurant. Service of food and drinks was right on.
As a traveling Foodies, our taste buds would like to thank Chef Noah for the subtle and bambam flavors.
See you soon.

We went to Noah’s under the assumption we had a reservation and I fortunately the website bumped us to a different date which is no fault to the restaurant! BUT Noah’s wife was amazing and was able to seat us at the bar. I can’t remember her name but I remember her saying she was Noah’s wife but she was so friendly and super helpful and just so sweet! The bartender was great as well and he was very friendly and his service was amazing considering the fact it was Valentine’s Day. Now to the food! The food was AMAZING! My husband said that the lamb was the best he has ever had and the steak was very flavorful and cooked to perfection! And the potatoes were PHENOMENAL! I have to say the food we had was right up there with the food we had by Gordon Ramsay at Hell’s Kitchen! If you are in the area I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Noah’s!!

I came here with my teen son for his birthday dinner and we enjoyed the insulated, cozy feel to the place. It reminded us of a restaurant situated inside a 4 star hotel. Decor is sleek and clean with monochrome colors. I’m originally from NYC and have lived in major cities globally and to be honest, this venue is probably the more better spots and CHARLESTON/WV state just doesn’t have a very wide selection of decent places to dine. That being said, the cuisine is just okay. I wouldn’t say it was the best I ever had but it is presentable, the menu is diverse enough for diners to make selections. Dishes are small and presentable. This place is up to par and comparable to 1010 Bridge where again, the dishes are visually appealing, aesthetically pleasing but the flavors are just a bit underwhelming. For instance, the scallops at Noah’s are sometimes hard and rubbery which is not acceptable for scallop generally speaking. Again, I would say for the area, these are the best venues you will be getting and it is NOT BAD. Just not up to par if you venture out of the state. Perfectly acceptable for in-town diners.

An absolutely delightful dinner experience. Everything was exceptional. Great service, great food and excellent service and attention to detail. Definitely the perfect restaurant for a special occasion outing. Good menu, changes weekly from what I understand. Can’t wait to come back.

Edit – came back for a special dinner with my mother. The menu had new positions. Everything that we ordered was top notch quality and taste.

Suggested to us by a friend. We were in town for a concert and anniversary dinner. Quiet, with just the right amount of hum of fellow diners to the room. Lovely decor. Service by Cheryl was kind and efficient. No one asked if I was working on my plate still and she moved quietly around the room. Delicious cocktail. Our meal was beautifully plated and tasted so good. If I lived in West Virginia I would go to Noah’s once a month.

I always appreciate a restaurant with table linens and real plates. Nice find not far from the Charleston WV City Center. The grilled romaine appetizer is excellent. The lamb with mint pesto and ribeye served with pimme puree, are very delicious and well- presented.

Food, service, and atmosphere are all excellent. Our party of three enjoyed the French onion soup, bone-in strip steak, the crab encrusted tempura scallops, and the lamb rack with mint pesto. For dessert, we indulged in lemon bars, chocolate lava cake, and peach cobbler.

I had the best time. Amazing staff, excellent food and presentation. We had the Thai calamari which was excellent and I forgot to take a picture of. I went with a wonderful companion and ran into the RN that took care of my late husband last year while he was sick. I will definitely be back again.
