We had a very bad experience at this place earlier this morning. We ordered a dozen bagels which came for around $16 bucks and, while ordering, we forgot to tell them to toast the bagels. When we got our order, we asked the lady to toast. She rudely said that it was going to cost an additional $25 to toast them, which didn’t make sense. The lady was rude to everyone, including other guests and members of her own staff. On top of all this, in front of us she fired a team member who looked new but was very patiently taking orders and was nice to all the guests. of

THE RUDEST – MOST HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE! twice now I’ve been in and neither time greeted. One man came in and had to tell the girl behind the counter 6 TIMES what he wanted. She said “ I CANT HEAR YOU!” In the most miserable tones you could imagine. Who hires these disgustingly miserable people? If you don’t want to work in customer service – then don’t! Go find another job to be miserable at. Not only are these employees rude, they are greasy and funk looking too. Which adds to how gross they are inside and out. Shame on you Noah’s Bagels. Not sure how this location is still operating

Horrible Customer Service. Extremely rude. We’ve been going to this place for many years now, never had a bad experience except for this morning. agreed, it was a weekend morning and they were busy but our experience was horrible.

I came in and the place was packed! customers were being so rude and 2 out of 3 employees; Matt and Ronit were so patient, kind and fast working to the best of their ability! They multitasked effectively and did not let the stress get to them! I believe Ronit is a new hire and whoever hired him made the right choice! I hope they get the respect from management and shift leads that they deserve!

Noah’s in Pleasanton always treats me right. Prompt service and attention from the staff, food is always hot and delicious. Lots of good options, and the employees are always knowledgeable about them. Been coming here for years and won’t be stopping anytime soon

Open on Labor day! Quick service. Monday specials came into play. Bagels and breakfast sandwiches were great. Had to feed 20 people so bought 2 boxes. Service was quick and coffee as well.

Everything was up to what Noah’s has been known for. Way better than other Bagel brands in texture and taste. Would recommend to check it out

I was in the Pleasanton area and stopped in for as bite. This location is also a sponsor for an agency I volunteer for Hope Hospice providing an In-Kind-Donation of bagels.

I am giving three starts only because one of their worker is very rude. She has no manners and every time she messes up my order and when I told her about the wrong order she behaves in a very rude manner. The bagels are great but the experience of dealing with her makes it difficult to let go. I hope the owners read it and do something about that
