See the pic and the decrease (by at least 1/3) in size of their bagels compared to the Noah’s bagels on Broadway in Walnut Creek. They are trying to save money by skimping, these are not NY bagels.

Ben’s service at Noah’s Bagels was amazing! He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. On top of that, the food was great—fresh, delicious, and exactly what you’d hope for from a bagel spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

2.5 stars. Pretty average for a bagel place to be claiming NY style bagels. The quality of the bacon was on the low end. The restaurant and seating area was really dirty.

Absolute very worst service and bagel in my life. I picked up 2 bagels in the morning and put in my refrigerator for our lunch later. When we went to eat bagel at 11:15 that morning we noticed there was almost no crème cheese and no tomatoes. Since this second time it happened we drove all the way back to share the issue. They worker and manager said tough luck because it was 5 hours after purchase. Are you kidding???? We showed them the bagel and shared the crème cheese and tomatoes do not dissolve. (See attached photo.) The horrible manager said so what. Not their problem. Have NEVER had such horrible customer service in my life. I would give a hundred negative stars if I could.

Wish i could select negative stars. Danville Noah’s Bagels has a great location and setup, but the customer service and management leave a lot to be desired. The staff isn’t welcoming, they don’t take feedback well, and the service feels indifferent. I’ve received bagels without cream cheese, cold coffee, and when I pointed out that there wasn’t enough cheese in my bagel, I was met with looks as if I was asking for something extra rather than simply providing feedback as a regular customer. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they reluctantly gave me extra cream cheese like they were doing me a favor—when in reality, it’s the basic level of service customers should expect.

Noah’s bagel is the defacto place for our breakfast during Sunday in South Bay .
We Visited one of our friends place in east bay and went to try Noah’s bagel at this location.
We got a dozen bagel and they refused to toast saying dozen bagels are togo order and won’t be toasted. We have been getting dozen bagels for years now and no other location have refused to toast.
Overall not happy with the service

I ordered the everything bagel, the grain, the protein, strawberry strudel. Everything was wrong. I should have checked my bag. But when I came home there was no everything bagel, grain and strawberry strudel. I received 4 protein bars ( I ordered 1) no everything bagels, I received Apple strudel with protein bars. Three plain that I did not order. No grain bagel onion. They were closing and was shocked what I went through. So they started to give what they had. No everything bagel, no grain, no onion. Will never step foot in this place again. Going to the good one in San Ramon

What has happened to Noah’s bagels in Danville they used to be so good on time. Everything used to be great now you’re lucky to get it. Internet order 3540 minutes after you’ve ordered it. They cannot get orders out fast enough. It doesn’t look like they’re shorthanded maybe just inexperienced I don’t know it’s bad.

I ordered two lox and bagel sandwiches to go. When I got home and ready to eat it, it was a mess. It was not layered evenly and you can see that the cream cheese was also not spread evenly. Also the lox was placed on one side of the bagel. I’m disappointed each time I patronize this location. I wanted to give it a chance to improve. I will not be returning The staff are young and don’t appear to take their jobs seriously
