Finally, some true Texas style BBQ on the South Shore! This spot is easily one of the best BBQ places around. We don’t have many in Massachusetts, so I’m really glad this one opened up.

My partner and I shared the Texas Trinity for Two, which comes with ribs, brisket, your choice of sausage, and two sides. We went with the jalapeño cheddar sausage, mac & cheese, and potato salad, plus we added some wings and a strawberry banana pudding for dessert.

Every single meat was packed with flavor. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, and the brisket was melt in your mouth good, honestly, some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The brisket was the standout, but I was also seriously impressed by the sausage. I don’t usually go for sausage when I’m having BBQ, but this one was juicy, flavorful, and not too spicy, just right.

The wings deserve their own shoutout too. If you like a crispy dry rub wing, these are exactly that, perfectly seasoned and crunchy, no sauce needed.

Even though we were stuffed, I had to try the dessert. The homemade strawberry banana pudding was chilled, fruity, and just sweet enough, with bits of cake or wafer throughout. So good, I’d come back just for that.

Highly recommend almost everything we tried, but definitely do not skip the brisket. Can’t wait to come back!

Its low key maybe 10 tables good music. We had the brisket, wings and ribs side of Mac brisket was tender, juicy and full of flavor. Them wings was next level the seasoning on them tasted like the blue bag homegirl chips sooo good. The ribs fell off the bone super tender and very flavorful Def coming back Been back three more times since this post first hit and im not disappointed

I really wanted to love Noah’s BBQ and show support for an Asian-owned business, but unfortunately this lands squarely in overwhelmingly okay territory.

The good: The atmosphere is solid and it actually feels like a proper BBQ joint. Service was fast, the mall location is convenient, and the price-to-meat ratio is genuinely great. And the cornbread? Delicious. Moist, flavorful, and honestly the standout of the meal. I’d come back just for that.

The not-so-good: The meats and sides were served lukewarm, which immediately made me wonder how long everything had been sitting around. The sides were especially disappointing, shockingly under-seasoned for “Southern” food, except somehow still aggressively salty. The mac and cheese deserves a special mention: not baked, not saucy, just a gluey, goopy mass with no real flavor payoff.

Overall, nothing here was terrible, but nothing (cornbread aside) was memorable either. A place with real potential that desperately needs better seasoning, hotter food, and a bit more soul on the plate.

I stopped in while at the mall to check this place out. I ordered take out. 2lbs of meat which they recommended would feed a family of 4. 1lb of premium brisket and 1lb of the days special burnt ends. I paid almost $73 for both which I found on the pricier side! When I got home and opened the package I was quite dissapointed. There where maybe 5 pieces of burnt ends. The skin was chewy, not crispy and the insides were fatty. The brisket was nice and soft but a little on the salty side. There was only 1 slice of bread in each box which became soggy by the time I got home and they gave a small container with like 3 strings of onions and 1 pickel. I’m not sure if I’ll give them a second chance. We shall see but for the price and what I got I rather have sat down in a restaurant with my family of 4.

I ordered the Texas Trinity 2 + 2 sides , which came with ribs, brisket, sausages, they were all moist and juicy, really flavorful. The smoked wings were good, but the drumsticks were quite dry. The baked beans were delicious, though the potato salad was extremely cold. The cornbread was a little dry as well. Overall, some hits and a few misses, but the BBQ had great flavors.8/10

Absolutely not worth the price! The 1st picture is a half pound order of prime brisket. The second picture is all fat from that brisket. Waste of money if you can’t even eat half of what you bought. It’s not just ratio of fat to meat and portion—the taste was below what you would expect from a BBQ joint. Their sauces were watery and not good.

The chopped brisket halfway decent. The sausage brisket is also a Must Miss (along with the prime brisket).

I was excited to see a new BBQ place closer to home. I guess I still have to trek to Tennessee BBQ by Pearl street. But really, if you are hankering for a good BBQ place, Noah’s IS NOT the place. Go to the food court of the mall for something else. We were very disappointed.

Noah’s BBQ is amazing! I didn’t expect it was this good. My wife had 2 MEAT COMBO + SIDE (creamed corn as side, PRIME BRISKET and Pork ribs). I ordered the pulled pork sandwich combo. The meats are super tasty! I steal most of the creamed corn from my wife. We had the sweet tea from the fountain drink and it was really good!

Brisket is on point and probably the best and juiciest one around Boston. I’m not sure why there aren’t more juicy briskets like this. Cornbread is good as well but the fried rice is just meh. Dipping sauces are great. Ribs are St. Louis style, which isn’t my preference. If you want brisket come here.

Absolutely thrilled about this new BBQ spot! As a longtime fan of Texas BBQ, I can confidently say this place brings those authentic flavors right back. Every bite was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. On top of that, the vibes are immaculate, from the decor to the overall atmosphere, it literally has that perfect blend of comfort and style. Definitely a spot to visit if you’re around the area.

This South Shore BBQ spot is a hidden gem. I was reading quite a few negative reviews claiming “I’m from Texas” or “I’m a chef,” and that Noah doesn’t provide quality grub…but let’s be real: expecting true Texas BBQ in MA is like expecting bánh mì here to taste like it does in Vietnam. Of course it’s not exact — but this is the closest you’ll get, and it’s damn good.

The brisket and pork belly burnt ends were crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned — borderline heavy on the salt, which slightly overpowered the BBQ sauce, but still delicious. Sides like mac & cheese, creamed corn, and potato salad were spot-on. I do wish they included jalapeños for a little kick, but the pickle spear, pickled onions, and soft bread were perfect complimentary adds.

Service was top-notch. The chef personally checked on us multiple times and even brought out extra meat straight off the smoker because he didn’t think the first batch was good enough (we thought it was already excellent). Staff were helpful and went above and beyond to provide great service.

Given that they recently opened, they’re definitely still ironing out some things (menu availability, consistency), but this place has serious potential. The ventilation for the smokers isn’t so great so I’d suggest a good scrub down of the establishment on a regular basis to help with the grease build up and sticky floor feeling. But with that said, the atmosphere is cute and inviting.

Support your local gems — especially when they’re serving up flavor like this and trying their best to deliver good food! And honestly, those Negative Nancy’s should just not eat out in general if they’re expecting a 5 course michelin star meal in a mall for less than the cost of mcdonalds.
