Really quirky and cool place randomly tucked into the side of a golf club. Staff were all amazing, welcoming and fun to talk to.
Some of the cocktails are great, delicious but some are sadly undrinkable and wild! Kinda fun but check what you’re ordering and imagine the taste as it’s that crazy!
We had a great time visiting. There’s an unusual smell when you walk in however, you don’t notice it after 15mins or so, I can’t really explain what it is – some sort of metallic, chemical smell.
If you’re into quirky retro-themed cocktails, great service and music. Check this place out!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this bar after it having been on my list for quite some time, and I can confidently say it’s by far one of the best bars I’ve been to in the Midwest. The drinks are nothing short of spectacular—each one is unique, complex, and expertly crafted. The bartenders are incredibly skilled and personable, but what really set this experience apart was their willingness to share their inspiration and the process of how they create their cocktails. Tao, in particular, went above and beyond in explaining the intricacies of their drink-making process, and I left with a deeper appreciation for the craft.
As a bartender myself, I left feeling incredibly inspired and grateful for the time Tao took to share his knowledge and teach me new techniques. His passion for the craft was truly contagious, and I walked away with fresh insights that I can’t wait to apply to my own work.
The space itself is also a blast—it’s got this fun 90s kid nostalgia theme that just adds to the overall experience. It’s playful and takes you back to childhood while you’re enjoying incredible drinks.
The level of service here is outstanding, with a friendly, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. Every drink was a conversation in itself, and I truly felt like part of the experience, not just a guest. I’m already looking forward to returning to try the entire menu—I have no doubt there’s even more to discover. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for top-tier drinks and even better service!

What a gem! Fantastic cocktails in a fun atmosphere. These cocktails are unlike any you’ve ever had. The science and artistry behind them is incredible. There’s something for everyone – all types of spirits, beer, wine, cider, and NA options. Add this to your cocktail destination must dos.

I’ve visited this bar twice, and my experiences were quite different.
First Visit:
My first visit was fantastic! The vibe was relaxed and chill, even with a couple of groups around. We sat at the counter and enjoyed great conversations with the knowledgeable bartenders. Their recommendations were spot on, and I loved the unique craft cocktails. I left eager to return.
Second Visit:
My second visit was a letdown. I returned on a Saturday night around 8 PM, but the atmosphere had changed dramatically. It felt more like a club with louder music and a bigger, rowdy crowd. We sat at the bar again, and while the new bartender was friendly and helpful, the noise made it hard to enjoy our drinks or converse. We found ourselves yelling just to hear each other.
While I appreciate the unique and interesting drinks, if the bar leans toward a dive bar atmosphere, I might not return. I prefer enjoying a $20 cocktail in a chill vibe rather than a loud environment. Overall, I hope they can find a balance between the two experiences!

What a gem this place is!! Recommended to us by a friend, we loved the whole 90’s decor and vibe. The craft cocktails were very creative, flavorful, and unique. And Luis is like a mad scientist crafting up really interesting flavor profiles: clarified liquors, savory tomato, a BLT cocktail, vanilla wafer, and one that tasted like a Kinder Bueno candy….and who knew there was a such a thing as matcha gin and foie gras bitters!? They even had these cards with options where you can select flavors to craft your own cocktails like a Choose Your Own Adventure.
Exceptional drinks, great vibe, awesome and knowledgeable staff…I can’t wait to return.

A bar that’s more than the sum of its parts. This place goes much deeper than just a themed bar. The more time you spend here observing every meticulous detail, the deeper you are immersed into the culture of the era. This combined with top notch service, and a unique selection of cocktails crafted at the highest level means this should be on your must visit list.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tao. Once he realized we were not only huge fans, but also in the industry, he gave us the best bar experience ive ever had. We tasted several cocktails together with vivid descriptions, and also a distillate flight featuring the 5 most exciting flavors him and his team have discovered/developed.
The nostalgic surroundings combined with delicious and complex cocktails was so much fun.

This brings such a fun and interesting experience to having a cocktail. The episode 2 was delicious and we’re still so surprised on how they created the BLT in a drink. And the staff was so friendly & welcoming. Our waiter was super knowledgeable about their drinks and explained them with good details. Definitely will be coming back and trying the rest of the menu.

Looking for a 90s vibe with some modern twists and in a bar style setting that almost feels like your elementary cafeteria? Look no further. Here is it. I can’t speak to the food but I can say the drinks are solid. Definitely hit all the right notes of that pure nostalgia. Service was awesome. Friendly and very informative.
