Funky tavern dishes up eclectic pizzas & other homestyle fare such as chili in a rustic setting.

One of my favorite places to eat and I’ve been coming for over 20 years. This is a relaxed restaurant with a dive bar vibe. It’s filled inside with an untold amount of dollar bills on the walls. There is an outdoor tiki area to sit that is quite spacious, and covered with fans running. They are famous for their pizza which is my go-to, The Royal Pub. My husbands favorite is their coconut shrimp, he says that they are hands down the best in the keys. We always come each time we are down for a quick bite before looking for key deer out strolling. Like anywhere in the keys, don’t expect to dine quickly, especially if ordering a pizza. It is a relaxed environment, and focused on being laid back and fun. We were able to go with our 7 month old in his car seat and be accommodated for space. Aside from the pizza, I highly recommend the nachos appetizer, coconut shrimp, smoked fish dip, or a burger.

It was a cool off the beaten path grill and bar. We arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday and only waited 10 minutes to get in. Once inside you see dollar bills everywhere, wall to ceiling. We ordered the coconut shrimp app and white shrimp pizza. Coconut shrimp was very good. White shrimp pizza was good but the tomatoes made it kind of bland. We sprinkled some salt on the remaining pieces and it really improved the overall flavor. We also ordered the No Name lager. It was also good and reminded me of a Killians Red. Overall, great place to go and glad we made the trip from Marathon.

My brother and nieces drive out of their way to visit this pub for their food every time they are in the area. This was my first visit and it was okay but that could be because I didn’t get their signature menu items.
I had fish. My niece raves about their shrimp. My other niece loves their pizza.
Service was awesome. Atmosphere was unusual. Bathroom line was long. One stall parking was ample.
I’m very picky about fish and while my fish was good, I wouldn’t order it again. Next time is try the pizza or a sandwich.
I am allergic to shellfish and the waitress told me they do not fry the fish in the same oil as the shrimp. That’s a huge deal for me and a huge plus for them. I did not have a reaction eating the fish, much to the dismay of my family who were wanting to jab me with an EpiPen.
It’s worth a visit just to say you’ve been there. My brother liked the fish as did his girlfriend. I thought it was good but not exceptional.

Overall: 5/5
Food: 5/5
Service: 5/5
Attractive point: Iconic interior and fresh foods
Overall, this is one of my favorite restaurants of my Florida Keys trip. You’ll have to deviate a bit from US-1 to get here, but on your way you can see the key deers grazing the grass right next to roads (they are so fearless that they don’t even run away) and enjoy the beautiful sky of Big Pine Key. We went there on Wednesday lunch and there was no waiting. Service was great and very kind, deserved 5 stars. I love the interior covered with $1 bills from customers and couldn’t resist the eager to leave my own bill as well. We tried Shrimp pizza, and tuna dip and both were splendid. My favorite was Shrimp pizza because of its fresh, rich cheese and shrimp. Definitely 5 out of 5. We paired the dishes with Iguana bait beer and really enjoyed it. This place offers the pint glass if you’re interested in collecting souvenirs. To sum up, I’d definitely recommend this place if my friend is planning to visit Big Pin Key.

I had been wanting to visit for over a year as the walls and ceiling covered with signed dollar bills caught my attention. It’s a small joint and we sat at the bar, where Kelly the bartender provided excellent customer service! The home made smoked fish dip was awesome! My husband and I shared a burger and onion rings…I must say I’m not a burger person, but it was excellent! Go find it, sign your bill and leave your print!!

I have been here before in 2017, 2018 and 2019. The bar food was ok back then, the service was very good back then. This time around the food was AWFUL, the fish and chips were not seasoned, heavily battered and massively over cooked. The sampler basket was the same. The service was not terrible, but it also wasn’t great and we got the impression that the waitresses were as unimpressed with the place as we were. We barely touched the very expensive food, and paid $74 for picking at food that can only be described as “survival food”.
If you want to visit this place to see the tens of thousands of dollars hanging from the ceiling and walls, have at it, it is a sight to see. But I would stick to buying a drink or two at the bar (be prepared to pay through the nose) and leave it at that. Perhaps this place became a victim of its own success!? Or perhaps it was sold and the new owners just don’t care, I am not sure. But it was definitely a bust and on our “be sure not to visit again” list.

We have been coming to No Name for many years when we are in the Keys in February and it’s always on our list of favorites! We’ve been twice this year and may end up back again before we leave. We love to bring friends when they come to visit. The walls covered in dollar bills (layered about 7 deep) are what makes this place so unique & cool. It’s an old bar and kinda dark inside but has a great vibe. They also have outdoor seating under a tiki in the back and we like to sit out there on nice days. The staff is always friendly and great, but the waitress we had yesterday was absolutely wonderful. I wish I would have gotten her name. We had wings, nachos and pizza. Everything was great! Came out quick and piping hot!! We came on a cool, windy day at 3:00 and did have to wait about 30 minutes for an indoor table. I guess everyone had the same idea on a chilly day. But that’s okay, it was totally worth the wait!

A bit out of the way but man is it incredible! I’ve cold beer and honestly the best fish dip I’ve ever had! The chunks of fish are huge and the flavor, I’d kick my mom to get more! Expect a wait as it’s busy but well worth it- oh the best part they don’t charge Keys prices!

Super cool place! Some good local pub food, the pizza was great, and you can’t be the atmosphere. You are surrounded by walls of dollar bills so don’t forgot to leave your own mark as well. I would say definitely worth the visit if you are on a vacation to get the full “Keys” experience. Staff was nice, service was good, and food hit the spot.

This is a unique find off the beaten path. Sam our waitress was very attentive and recommended the unusual Bloody Mary made with a wine that came in a nice sovereign glass. The grouper dish was generous and delicious. The gal checking people in at the door who also managed the T shirt sales was also very nice. Very happy that our local friend recommended this to us. Bonus is as you drive through the area you most likely will encounter some Key Deer walking around.
