We only use Avocado Oil in our products, Organic or Natural apple sauce, raw natural sugar, we try and get as much as we can Organic fruits and vegetables, we use real Vanilla, Himalayan Salt and we try and cater to you needs. I thought finding a bakery that could make a cake for our baby with a milk and egg allergy would be difficult, but we are so lucky to have found No Cow! That made the best smash cake for our daughter’s first birthday and the customer service was top notch! It was so delicious and adorable! We will absolutely be returning!

Found this gem open today, and it is a wonderful, gluten and dairy free bakery with potato flour options as well. The owner was warm and welcoming, and stopped to say hi, even though he was very busy in the kitchen. Plan to make this a regular stop whenever possible on the way to Colorado Springs. My girls and I are obsessed with this place. The baked goods are beyond delicious. I have been to a lot of gluten free bakeries and vegan bakeries, but not one that is both GF and vegan. It is the best one I’ve been to, no contest. The staff are so nice to us and always give us free samples. I will wake up early and drive 45 minutes just to come get desserts on the weekends. You will not regret going here. A+ 5 stars amazing.

We were celebrating a birthday at the daycare which meant I had to be careful about every kid’s food restrictions. I was nervous about how it would taste or look. I vaguely requested a road on the cake for my automobile loving kid. The cake looked soooo amazing at pickup. And tasted amazing too. It was a hit with the kiddos too.

I heard about No Cow from a neighbor because my daughter has a dairy and egg allergy. Her birthday is coming up and it was a beautiful and wonderful experience to go somewhere that she has options. We were greeted with warmth and helped by various members of staff that were all friendly and good-hearted. We sampled some of their goodies and ordered some small individual cakes to try flavors she’s never been able to try before. We took our time and then ordered her birthday cake from them. We found a new favorite local spot and are so happy to have business owners that see the gaps in our community and do it incredibly well.
