This place is incredible. I’ve been dozens of places looking for quality vegan bakery items but none of matched this quality. I was overwhelmed by what their website shows to be 30 sweets and 12 breads so they were kind enough to give samples. You can’t go wrong with anything. The people running it are the kindest and most welcoming too. Wish I lived closer!

Went to No Cow Cafe the other day (just an FYI, they are only open Thursday-Sunday) went in told the person behind the counter was my 1st time, they gave me 3 sample to try, all of them were AMAZING! So here we are with a trough of goodies.

OUTSTANDING. As a mom of a kid who has food allergies it’s highly stressful taking them anywhere and to have a local bakery spot that is nut free is wonderful. They also use quality ingredients which is top notch in my book. No fillers and only real ingredients. The owner is such a kind and welcoming person. You won’t be disappointed. We’ve tried about a dozen items from them and they were all delicious!

Wow! Finding gluten and dairy free treats is always a struggle, and usually they aren’t the most tasty and are on the more crumbly side and you just get used to it. Here the baked goods are all moist and the flavor is superb! Even the bread was moist!

After 3-4 visits, this is my go to gluten/dairy free bakery in the Denver area. Worth a short drive if necessary. Great tasting, reasonably priced offerings ranging from bread, to pretzels, to confectionery goods. Awesome, friendly staff as well. 5 ⭐️

Great find in downtown Castle Rock. Impressed with the customer service and options available. The pretzel sticks were delicious! They had dumplings, cake pops, cinnamon rolls…you name it! I can’t wait to come back for more gluten free goodies.

This is THE place for all gluten free goodies. I’m from out of town but visit whenever I can. Their pretzels are to DIE for so good. Got them fresh out of the oven and T hey can’t be beat. Every sweet treat has been so moist and flavorful. They make everything tasty and special for those of us who need to eat/drink dairy/gluten free. Thank goodness they exist. Thank you thank you for your wonderful store!

I’m SO excited that I randomly found this place yesterday! What a delight! We stopped in Castle Rock to let our toddler run around at a park and then I was looking for somewhere to stop and use the restroom before we got back on the road. I’m lucky I spied this on Google Maps and with it being my birthday week I knew we had to go and get some goodies! They gave us some free samples when we arrived! Everything was great. I got the confetti cake (my fave!), jalapeno cheddar bread, cinnamon roll, and a beautiful berry muffin. I even love the confetti cake without frosting, it was that good. They were even kind enough to give me a peach cobbler for my birthday. They were also giving away day-old soft pretzels claiming that the texture wasn’t as good as fresh. While I’m sure they are right, the day old pretzels were amazing when reheated in the microwave. I might even warm up some Daiya cheese sauce to dip them in for my lunch today :D. What a great little gem. Can’t wait to stop here again.

I heard about this place for their cinnamon rolls but I think I visited on an off day for mine, it was still impressive though for being gf & df! That aside the brownie was great and the peach cobbler was AMAZING! It was very sweet so maybe try something else if you’re not a fan of that, but oh my goodness it tasted just like my grandma’s (non-gluten free) cobbler. There’s a big variety of items and I will definitely be back to try more (and another cinnamon roll) when I’m in the area!
