Ingredients listed may not be what is in dish. Got pork with broccoli. Says Pork, broccoli & carrots. Requested no carrots, which was done but to my surprise it came with celery, onions, pea pods, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, mini corn cobs & mushrooms. Spent 10 min picking them all out. Also they do not make their own fried wonton strips for soups anymore. Now it’s prepackaged and tastes terrible. Had to throw away soup as stale, processed flavor of “crispy chow mein” made it inedible.

Number One Wok on Sheridan in Cooper City is always amazing. The food is hot, fresh, and full of flavor every time. From the sesame chicken and lo mein to the egg rolls and fried rice, everything tastes freshly made and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. Definitely a five-star favorite in Cooper City.

I enjoyed going to #1 WOK until I went in today. The lady that normally answers the phone had a problem with me telling her I didn’t want my chicken wings fried hard. She gave me an attitude like I did or said something wrong. Then, she started rolling her head and eyes around in a stereotypical fashion. I wonder why?? I will never return there!

The food is delicious in comparison to some of the other places I’ve eaten at since moving to Florida. The customer service has improved throughout the years I’ve been going here which has been for about 15 or so years.
They do have some things I think they can improve on, one is when an order is over 25 dollars at least provide a free can of soda for each 25 dollars spent (example an order of $25 1 can of soda, $50 2 cans of soda, $75 3 cans of soda etc), especially when you have repeating customers.
The price of everything is super high and a kind jester is always remembered and can improve business and ratings.

The food is always fresh and hot. However, their customer service skills sucks! The young lady is always rude when I place my order on the phone. She acts like I’m always annoying her when ordering my food. I don’t like to be rushed. The only reason I continue to go back, is because the food is good. She needs to learn how to interact with the public, and stop with the attitude problem. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years, and if they continue with the rudeness, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.
