I left a review before because I have never had a problem with them until now. Got my order opened up not much was right. I ordered general taos chicken no onions, there were onions. Ordered 3 shrimp egg rolls and 2 regular, all 5 were shrimp. So not a good dinner

I walked in around 4 PM on a Friday and placed an order at the restaurant (carry out only). The food was ready quickly (I want to say 10 minutes!) The orange chicken is delicious and a good balance of breading and meat. I really liked the fried rice with it. The egg roll is veggie and tasted fresh. We also got beef lo mein. Everything was filled to the brim! The packing was also neat & tidy. I’d come back.

I usually eat here at least twice a week food has always been good but I always eat dinner.Today I decided to eat lunch and my shrimp egg foo young was burnt.Both cakes I want be eating here for awhile because you could tell they were burnt before you put them in the to go container.And I order it all the time and never had this problem

Great service and great food. I was early to pick up my take out order but it was ready within a minute of me walking in the door. The employees were friendly and very polite. This was my first visit and I’ll be back soon! The food was excellent – not too salty! I especially enjoyed the crab rangoons.

Normally I Never had a problem with number 1 kitchen today they gave me the wrong order and the meat they’re refusing to replace or refund my money and I’m willing to bring the food back it’s not like I’m trying to scan them and this person that’s taking the phone order has continued to hang up on me time after time like he don’t even wanna be bothered by talking to me I find it very rude to be hung up on that one with six different times just because he did not want to deal with a refund or just making me a new order. I’ve been ordering out here and there other store for over 10/ years and this is the first time I ever had a problem with the service and the food. I do suggest that you take this review seriously make be for you right valuable costume.

If you like peas, carrots, and green onions in your fried rice you’ll need to say that when ordering. Glad I checked my food before I left. They fixed it, no problem.

Not only does the son charge extra money for the orders, but he also shorts people on what they are supposed to receive with their combo meal i do not think his parents even know he is doing it due to them not speakingmuch English.
He said they fo not give a can drink with a combo only an egg roll, which makes absolutely no sense at all with a combo. I have been going to this restaurant since the previous owners were there, and I go to other Chinese restaurants any time you order a combo you receive a can drink with it. I dont want to be robbed as well as shorted by a place I have frequent since a young kid I’m absolutely disappointed and saddened by this man’s actions in his parents restaurant.

Absolutely the WORST Orange Chicken I’ve EVER had. The sauce was runny and tasted more like watered-down Duck Sauce than actual Orange Chicken sauce. Not one orange rind in it at all. All of you saying that this is the best Chinese food you’ve had, you’re either lying or you need to make a Doctor’s appointment to have your taste buds checked to find out if they ever worked at all. This was my first time ordering from here and it will absolutely be my last.

Absolutely, 100% the most consistently good-tasting food, family owned and operated, and I’ve ordered from here many times and have never once been even remotely dissatisfied. They have always been cordial when picking-up food and I would recommend to anyone either visiting Cleveland or is on the West Side of Cleveland.
