I ordered chicke & broccoli and dumplings… the chicken and broccoli had a long hair in it. which probably means they don’t wrap their hair while cooking. dandruff… hair… I threw the food away.. it was disgusting.

Ordered for the 1st time today and got the boneless ribs w/pork fried rice and egg rolls. The food is so fresh and tasty. Very clean packaging. They were professional on the phone and the delivery person was very pleasant and friendly. They included a new year calendar which was a really nice gesture. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I ordered chicken wings with pork fried & I told them to add broccoli in the rice they literally no joke, added one piece of broccoli in my meal inside of the rice & called it a day. I wish I could make this up, wow. Also, the cheese wontons taste really bad compared to other Chinese stores.

I placed an order for delivery when it got to me the food was not fresh and was also burnt. I ended up driving back to return the order which was uneaten. They told me I could replace the order with something that was the same price. I reordered and grabbed my order to leave when they finished and I unfortunately did not check it. When I arrived home I noticed they put some of the same food from the previous order back in the bag and the order was completely wrong. I called back to ask for my money back which I was refused. They also said they couldn’t help me. So after several attempts of speaking to someone who could barely speak English they put another worker on the phone who spoke perfect English. She said they would fix the order but I would have to come back and pick it up. I will never order from here again.

Absolutely infuriated. I’ve never had this done to me before. I have been a customer of the No.1 Kitchen for over a year now. Food is great but today they have lost my trust. The delivery driver took it upon himself to tip himself $2.00 on my card after I gave him a cash tip. I was alerted that my account was charged and I saw the $2.00 transaction from No.1 Kitchen. Usually I scratch out the tip section when I give cash but because I had my infant son in my hands I didn’t think to scratch it out. I feel absolutely violated and disgusted with this delivery drivers actions. I understand it’s only $2.00 but it’s a matter of principle and trust. Very disappointed.
I called the No.1 Kitchen and explained what happened. The girl on the phone said she voided the $2.00 but there was no apology, no remorse and no “hey we will look further into this situation.” Please BE AWARE when you order from here and use your credit/debit card. The driver I usually have is a tall thin man who rides a bike and is very sweet. This particular driver drives a grey four door car, he’s stocky and speaks clear English. If you have him as a delivery driver be sure to scratch out the tip space if you decide to tip in cash. At the end of the day it’s a matter of principle and the fact trust was broken between this establishment and consumer.

This is what I get for not ordering from Chen’s Kitchen for the first time ever.

Horrible. I received my food. Cold and the delivery guy in a bike demanded a tip. I had the tip in my back pocket and was going to reach for it and demanded the tip again. He proceeded to cuss me out and left angry. I should have asked for my money back and given him the food but he left right away. Disgusting SERVICE. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. Never have I ever been treated like this. You don’t demand a tip, you EARN IT WITH RESPECT. HE CHARGED ME 10.00 when the girl on the phone said 9.00 as well. He didn’t DID NOT GIVE ME MY RECEIPT.
DON’T ORDER HERE.

I’m very upset, I am not a complainer but I Uber eats this food. By the time I got it, they barely put food inside of each plate which was not cheap. On top of that, the brown rice here was too watered out it did not look appetizing at all. Had to throw the food out and unfortunately order from another restaurant. Not happy.

It was delicious but they over charged me. I order a A18 with FF and one with PFR, a 9, 44 Qt, and A2 with FF total from menu says $33.55 they charged $37. Little upset but good.
