Ordered online. Order was delivered 15 minutes later than scheduled, food was warm when delivered, which was a plus. We ordered 1 order of Sweet & Sour Chicken, 1 order of Sesame Chicken, 1 order of General Tso Chicken, and one order of Shrimp in Lobster Sauce, 3 egg rolls, 1 large order of Boneless Spare Ribs, 1 Wonton Soup and 1 Chicken Noodle Soup, and Crab Rangoon.
I wish we could say the food was good, but it was not. The ribs tasted burnt and the sauce had no flavor whatsoever. The Shrimp in Lobster sauce had the appearance of vomit, also tasted like it, as the only thing good in that plate was the shrimp. The General Tso tasted nothing like it, as I’ve had General Tso chicken from Walmart that tasted way better. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was awful, as the rice tasted burnt, and super yellow, close to orange. The wonton soup was tasteless, NO FLAVOR whatsoever, and the chicken noodle soup was the same, although had a weird taste.
The only thing we were able to eat fully and enjoyed were the egg rolls. To have spent $81.00 for this meal, not only I feel ripped, but the quality was AWFUL. Will we have any meal from this place again? NEVER!!! I will rather purchase from our local Chinese Restaurant, rather than give them another chance to ruin my evening meal. My wife loves Crab Rangoon, which she did not eat and tossed away, as she described the flavor as odd or off, plus the sauce did not help either. We ended up throwing away the majority of what we could not save by recooking at home, which means we tossed away $81 that day.
Right now with their star rating, I recommend for management to listen to your customers and maybe rewrite your menu, having a cook or chef provide you with recipes that will make your meals taste authentic, as right now, any other restaurant can and will make a better meal than what you folks can.

i ordered thru door dash and got veggie lo mein, spring rolls and shrimp with mixed veggies and vegetable rice the food was under seasoned in every category. the shrimp was mushy and was covered in a thick sauce that was sweet. the rice was bland and the veggies in the rice were bland aswell. the lo mein was very mush instead of the normal chewy consistency you would normally get i wanted chinese and saw the high star rating but now i dont see why they have so many good reviews. i payed a good amount on the food just for it to be inedible

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! items were missing from my order. when i called to discuss any accommodations for the inconvenience with me having to pick up the missing item, as i ordered from uber eats. i was told to contact uber eats. when i reiterated that it was not uber eats who caused the issue, it was the restaurant. she insisted that i called uber eats over french fries that were missing from a $40 order. whenever the idea of providing a new order of chicken wings + fries, she said no. the only way the order could be remade is if i brought the old chicken wings to the restaurant to go into the trash. i told her that for the inconvenience of ordering with uber eats, and having to actually drive to the restaurant, that that was the least they could do. she responded with “no” and the conversation ended. if there is any issue with your order, DO NOT expect for any accommodations or accountability from their end. save yourself from the hassle!

I ordered take out. I called ahead and gave them about 10 minutes. My order was ready when I got there. Very quick & efficient. Excellent food also. I got the General Tso’s chicken combo with pork fried rice and an egg roll. It was all delicious. I’ll be back!

Ordered from one of the only places that had chinese open last night and figured “hey with a name like No. 1 Chinese Restaurant the food is going to be solid”… To my complete horror verything was inedible….and I even gave a 20% tip!! We ordered 2 sesame seed chicken combos (one with shrimp fried rice and one with beef lo mein) and wonton soup.
1. The sesame seed chicken was raw and still pink on the inside. Like not just 1 piece….EACH. AND. EVERY. PIECE.
2. The shrimp fried rice had shrimp that wasn’t cleaned and had a weird smell to it.
3. The beef in the beef lo mein did not taste right, and not like beef at all
4. The wonton in the wonton soup tasted like it had gone bad.
Definitely would not recommend and I am waiting for them to open so I can get a refund.

My boyfriend and I decided we wanted Chinese, and scrolled through DoorDash since it was already late. No 1 Chinese came up as the first Chinese restaurant, and we were hesitant because we had never had it before. I’m so glad we decided to order from here, it was fantastic! I got the beef lo mein and an egg roll, both were hot and delicious. My boyfriend got the general tso’s chicken, and chose one chicken wing as an add on. His was fantastic as well. It was probably one of the best Chinese chicken wings we’ve ever had. This will be our go to place for Chinese from now on.
