I ordered food for delivery from this place, the order was about 30 minutes late THEN the delivery driver calls me and says she can’t find my house. I live in a very normal area of the city about 10 minutes away from the restaurant. She was on a completely different street and all up down my street. She finally locates my house and then calls me and says she can’t deliver the food because the order was cancelled! She finally finds my house after 30 minutes of being on the phone with her and then the manager cancels the order. When I asked the manager why he canceled it, he told me that I was one that canceled the order. How did I cancel it when I was on the phone with the driver for the past 30 minutes? How are you gonna finally get to my house and then cancel my order? And be rude on top of all that and say I’m wasting your time! Like my time is worth less than yours. I’m a paying customer and I should be treated as such. I urge you to go anywhere else but here.

I have been using them for over a year but a couple of days ago I had the worst experience with their male delivery driver. I was basically forced into giving him a tip. He made me feel so uncomfortable, and he was very intimidating. He did not even give me the option to offer him a tip. I paid with a card and with the card machine still out and pointed towards me. He looked at me and said well are you gonna tip me? Are you gonna give me a Tip? I called the restaurant. They were very apologetic about it, but nobody has called me back. The manager did not take any time to speak to me. I just left my complaint with whoever picked up the phone, but worst experience very intimidating very uncomfortable. The worst possible service, the nastiest people working in the restaurant, the rudest people picking up the phone It’s literally just like the bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service

I call today to order my favorite the clerk was rude & nauseous she told me because I’m ordering one thing to basically don’t waste your time and get here in order it. It only takes five minutes. I don’t have five minutes to be wasting. That’s the reason I call to order and pick it up and when I get there, I just go in and get it. That’s the whole point of calling over the phone. A head start

Terrible customer service you pay for food to have delivered and they mess it up… I gave a tip… they want me to come pick up what they messed up… Had the nerve to tell me they was to busy…. Time are and use your hard working money and this is the service you give…

I was given my combination with white rice, and first of all, I want to know who the hell apparently orders white rice from their Chinese spot. Upon calling to explain this, instead of offering a resolution, the lady at the front desk became defensive and incredibly rude. She ridiculed our way of speaking through a thick accent and that we should order ahead since she couldn’t understand our English. We’re bilingual. She said if I return the food they will charge me to change it.
The service was horrible the entire way through. I doubt my family or I will be returning after this experience.
