I read the reviews on Google and I said let’s give it a try. It was more than one I could ask for, great egg rolls. They were huge and cooked perfectly, I enjoyed them very much I have driven past here many times, so glad I googled and read the good reviews.

A pretty standard chinese takeout joint, but one of the best in the area. My girlfriend and I got a huge order on whim for dinner. They serve pretty large portions for the prices and the food was pretty tasty. It took a while for food to come out.
We got the fried rice, orange chicken, egg drop soup, and some form of momos. We had a lot of leftovers, particularly of soup. We struck up a conversation with another who was waiting to order and took their recommendations for some of these items. I’d also highly recommend!

It’s very hard to find a truly good Chinese spot nowadays. I’ve lived in the area for a long time, but never gave No1 a try until today. I am blown away. I had the pork lomein, and wonton soup, and I’m so full but can’t stop eating the leftovers. I am so happy to have finally given No. 1 Chinese a try, and you should too! Amazing portions, great prices, a true Baltimore hidden gem.

The food SLAPPED tonight! Like they brought takeout Chinese to a whole new level.
I got General Tso’s chicken that was perfectly crisp, tender, juicy, and well-spiced – you could tell they put a love into making the sauce. And the Mooshu Vegetable tasted smoky and super delicious.
Edit: Omg coming back to say ALL THIS STILL HOLDS TRUE. So good omg. Definitely give them a shot.
Def my go to Chinese food spot.

Only done delivery (usually monthly) but each time they delivered a fine meal. Good portions and love the custom app they have as well. Delivery drivers have always been courteous and often early.

So I usually order the same thing through GrubHub and ask for no onions. Today I forgot to mention that so they called to ask if I needed no onions! This place has great, saucy yumminess, great prices, and above all… They actually care about their customers! It’s very rare these days… Go here, for sure.

As a takeout spot, No. 1 Chinese Kitchen hits all the key marks: cheap, fast, and good. My order of orange chicken and rice was packed to the brim, which was great for the price. While the food didn’t look or taste as fresh as I’d hoped, it was still amazingly tasty.
Delivery was only $2, and they managed to get it to me right after the snow, which was impressive. The prices overall weren’t bad either.
Pro tip: Try the pizza egg roll—it’s worth it! And if you order enough egg rolls, you might even get a free one. At least, we did! For quick and satisfying Chinese takeout, I’d definitely consider ordering from here again.

Noodles, egg and spring rolls were excellent but I (vegetarian) ordered something from the menu called “Szechuan bean curd” thinking this would be some kind of stir fried dish but instead it was a Quart sized container full of sweet soy sauce, soft tofu, and peas. It was awful.
