We use to visit NN Burger when we wanted a special treat. It’s over an hour away from our house. We went today and found that their signature burger, with crab meat is no longer offered. The sweet potato fries along with the friend onion have been discontinued also. We inquired if someone else owned the restaurant and was told it had a new manager. I’m not going to return to this establishment due to menu revisions. It appears all prices have increased, I would have been more than happy to pay more for the burger I want. The chips that came with the meal were burned and greasy. The burger that I ordered tasted like it was prepared in a frying pan. What a complete disappointment. Pay attention to the food that’s served rather than buying a dozen TV sets for the place.

The staff were friendly and very easy to deal with. Order the lobster roll and a milk shake. Some of the lobster tasted like it had frostbite. The rest of it tasted fine. The milkshake was delicious but $6 for a milkshake is crazy. Be careful walking into the party room because there’s a little tripping hazard there.

Extremely good burger place in Kilmarnock, VA. They also offer meatless selections, as well as chicken, king crab legs, and fish sandwiches. They have all the usual drinks , but also sell beer and other drinks with alcohol. They have an amazing rum runner. Finally they sell a great milkshake, but it’s a meal in itself so don’t plan on eating afterwards.

I had the classic burger and a regular Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Shake and I enjoyed it. My boyfriend ordered the Lobster Roll sandwich and an Oreo Cookie shake and felt there was more cream from the cookie than anything else, and was surprised by the price of the lobster roll. But overall it was a great experience, atmosphere and food!

I’ve heard that everything here is great, but I wouldn’t know because I always get the Chesapeake. Can’t help myself – travelled the world and the best crab is always back home around the Bay, so a crab topped burger is the perfect local twist to a good burger! And they do make a good burger here. Remember to ask for it with some pink if you like it that way (only way to go in my opinion).

Visited on 12/28/20. In town for a couple-time getaway. My husband and I enjoy eating local, and appreciate the very minor details that are provided to automatically feel as if we are part of the community. Safety precautions for all current COVID laws, a patio with heaters, spaced apart, and water for pets! The staff was very kind and offered food suggestions and was graciously accommodating. We are now rocking our new NN Burger sunglasses! We will be back!

The staff was great and the shakes were incredible! We got a Fruity Pebbles Freakshake and an Oreo shake which were delicious and chock full of cookie and cereal bits. 10/10 will visit again!

Where to start??? Okay, the establishment is awesome. Meaning, the feel of the place is so relaxed and clean. It’s easy to navigate. The bathroom is great and very clean (wave a hand and a new toilet seat cover appears!). The food? Spot on, every time. The twisters are incredible. I love the items you can buy now (truffle oil, dog treats, etc). The heaters outside are fantastic even below freezing. The staff is INCREDIBLE. I have never been somewhere before where the staff laughs and jokes and treats you like a long lost friend. I’ve been to both NNB locations and honestly, sorry Tapp! Kilmarnock has better staff, hands down. Very chill and easy to talk to. I was there on my 14th anniversary with my husband and they went above and beyond to make it special – red velvet cake? Yes please!!! We own a second home in town and we are making NNB here a requisite stop any time we come down. Keep being awesome, because no one will ever outdo you guys!!!!
