The Neiman Marcus cafe is a special place for my family and I. How can I not give it 5 stars?? Whether it be lunch during a day at the mall or to celebrate a birthday, Mother’s Day or a graduation we are always treated like family. The manager Sheila greets us with conversion and a smile. The servers are great and Anthony aka Tony is like family to us. My mom is always treated like royalty there. The food selection is great and tasty! We love the popovers with the strawberry butter and the amazing, truly amazing broth. The service it’s great but the food and the people themselves is what makes us continually return. My mom and I love a good Madison Ave salad with a side of conversion with Tony 🙂 thanks for always treating us with kindness!

Delicious!!! My mother comes here frequently and she loves the chicken salad. Soon as you are seated, the waiter will bring out a pastry and strawberry butter which is quite tasty and interesting. I had the salmon tacos which was recommended to me by Kenny (Excellent waiter!) The tacos were so good : Crispy on the outside , soft/juicy on the inside. We could taste how fresh all our food was. Also the pomegranate lemonade was refreshing. Lastly, we had peach cobbler and it was the best I’ve ever had! I recommend dining here because the service, the presentation, the staff and food are all top quality. You won’t be disappointed

Fantastic lunch spot at the mall. Ambiance is super nice. The welcome popovers and consommé are undefeated. Tried the blackened salmon tacos and I highly recommend them. They also make great truffle fries. Shoutout Ray for being a solid waiter.

This cafe is my top favorite lunch spot on Long Island. The location, the taste of my meal, the view, the service ….. Unparalleled! I visit often and everytime I go, it’s better than the last! Start off your meal with a popover served with strawberry butter and a side of consume. My personal favorite is the watermelon feta and the pomegranate lemonade. The menu changes seasonally so there is always something new to try. I recommend this quaint cafe lunch/early dinner spot 1000%!!!

My family and I are frequent customers here. All of the staff are super friendly and personable. They even remember us whenever we walk in. They always attend to our needs and we can be needy at times with a fussy two year old. The food is always delicious and fresh. Atmosphere is perfection for mall dining. Honestly our favorite place to eat at RF Mall. Today they surprised my husband and I with a generous goody bag that was leftover from Valentine’s Day. That was very kind of them and they didn’t have to. They even put some cookies in there because they remembered we have a son at home. Thank you NM Cafe. We love coming to your restaurant and will always be back!

I started coming here even if I don’t need to go to the mall. The restaurant is just so good and the service is outstanding. Every person working in the restaurant is so kind and professional. I love all their sandwiches, tortilla soup, salads with salmon or chicken, and truffle fries. All of their drinks are amazing too – I especially enjoy all the fresh fruit margaritas.
