One of my fave general stores. Great town, great people, great food. Extensive menu. We got the corned beef rueben and the chicken salad wrap along with a big ol’ barrel pickle and Joe Tea. Absolutely killer on all points. Give ’em your business.

Has a lot of food options. Lots of sodas created locally with various flavors not available in big supermarkets. Some even poked fun at Trump and Biden which made me laugh. The staff is friendly and one even had a nice conversation with us while we shopped. I got a few cool bumperstickers for my collection in my garage. The stickers are related to the area and the pines.

Since the new owners took over it has gone DOWN HILL. The quality of the food has declined significantly. The Ham & Guada sandwich actually made me throw up & did not come as pictured on menu. Kitchen looked very dirty as well. Dirt and grime are everywhere.

We go here for cheesesteaks every year after our annual blueberry picking trip. Not sure what the neg reviews are all about, ours had plenty of meat and flavor and everyone was happy — we will be back!

Don’t sleep on this place if you want good eats. The people are super nice and helpful. The food is ridiculously good, better then it has any right to be. I had one of their fat sandwiches and it was perfect. What was perfect? Literally the whole thing. The sandwich was so cheap I bought the full size. I could’ve easily been full off a half, but it was so good I ate the whole thing. The bread was soft enough to absorb the sauces, but still stiff enough to support it so you can actually eat it. The meat was seasoned perfectly and portioned with the correct ratio of cheese. Topping it with mozzarella sticks, french fries, and pairing it with some marinara sauce. The sandwich is packed dense and doesn’t fall apart as you eat it. I’ve had similar sandwiches from other places but this is way better. Most of the other ones have bread that can’t properly support the filling, or fillings that have ratios of their ingredients that make it hard to eat it as a sandwich, or are drenched in sauce making impossible to eat cleanly. But, this is different. The ingredients all come together into the perfect sandwich. I will be back.

Just got 2 cheesesteaks, one chicken with mushrooms and onions, and one beef with bacon. Both were VERY good and HUGE! One of the best cheesesteak place around.
