Nita Mae’s is a MUST stop if you’re in the area! The service was amazing and everyone was super nice. They have a really cute little spot where you can eat outside or take your ice cream for a walk around. They have a really extensive menu and top notch quality! I’ve been going here since I was a child (it was called the Village Scoop back then!) and it was so great to return! The staff are so kind, good folks! They gave us all huge scoops, even for our pup! And wow, just generally, Marine is super vibrant even at 9pm!

Stopped here today after our hike at William O’ Brien Park. The mid-afternoon crowd was cared for very professionally by a pleasant young man. We saw a doe and two fawns in the park below while we waited and were directed to a trail leading to a nearby waterfall.

I looked up this adorable ice cream shop – Google said it was open until 9pm. I drove over half an hour as something fun to do with the kids, got here at 7:05 and it was closed. I won’t give it a 1 star but can’t give it a 5 stars.

Great service in quite small town location with little hidden water falls near by. Restrooms are only for people who buy here, which is not so good idea.
