Complete Uniqueness, Nerve, and Talent are what’s needed to create the flavors that Nishiki offers. I don’t know if it was the right time or the right moment, but everything felt perfect to me—spiritual is the best way I can describe it. You can’t rush a cherry blossom . I hope the time is now for you to experience what I experienced at Nishiki, because Nishiki Ramen is serving it.

This location is not the same as the other location off Armour st. I can tell the level of service is decreased and food taste different. My ramen barely had any broth and the taste was off. I have been going to the other location for over 5 years and I get the same Shoyu Ramen each time. The broth didnt even look like usual and the meat taste old. The Noddles taste old. The server Paris never checked on us or ask if everything is OK. She just stood behind the counter. We had to flag her down multiple times just to get a drink refilled. We came right when they open so there were only a couple people there. Ni excuses. My wife and I were not happy. We also did not like the attitude Paris gave us when we asked if there was a service charge. She was extremely rude. Service charge for what?? We didnt get any service. Check your cameras and tell me how many times they checked on us. I will never come back to this location. I will just keep going back to the other location off Armour. The foods taste better there and service has always been great. I’m getting tired of places adding a mandatory service charge and giving horrible service. I dont mind paying it at the other location because service has always been great. Not here.

The food was very boring. They automatically added an 18% gratuity, which did not match the level of service we received. It definitely wasn’t worth it. I won’t be coming back.

Japanese restaurant, serving ramen dishes of a range of variety and other items, including drinks. We ordered spicy Chicken ramen, spicy veg raven and Japanese Ramune strawberry soda. All were delicious.Service is good. However, for regular customer, it is expensive.See some customer dissatisfaction on curry.Management must resolve these issues at the earliest.

We went to Nishiki Ramen to have lunch. Service was quick and polite. I got the Spicy vegetarian ramen. The noodles were thin, cooked well and the broth was flavorful.
My husband got the Nishiki ramen. Overall food was great.

They don’t have enough waitresses and chefs. This store tend to fulfill their online orders as priority. We arrived at 6:15pm and the store is not even half full. We were told that it will take 25-30mins to get the food. Ok! When we’re ready to order, they don’t take the order and said we have to wait until the previous guests who are not yet ready to order to get their orders first. The online orders from their system keep popping up and we waited for long time to get our food finally. The business model is really unfriendly to the guests dining in and they will automatically add 15% gratuities to your bill even the services were bad!

Added: the quality of the ramen is not stable too. There was one time which was really good and ramen today tastes bland…it really depends on the chef that day. Probably will not come to this store anymore.

Delicious Food, Disappointing Experience. On a recent Thursday night, the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. However, as the evening progressed, it became clear that the kitchen struggled to manage orders efficiently. Diners who arrived and ordered after our table were served first even though they had more people than us, which was frustrating.

The order in which our food arrived was also perplexing. Our dishes were brought out with significant gaps between each family member’s meal. This poor delivery disrupted the flow of our dinner and ruined the overall mood. To compound matters, after we finished eating, we were left waiting an unreasonable amount of time for our check.

The restaurant’s policy of automatically adding a 15% service charge, regardless of the quality of service, is particularly bothersome. In this case, the subpar service did not warrant such a charge. While the ramen itself is undeniably delicious, the combination of poor service and limited parking makes it difficult to recommend this particular Nishiki location. Consider exploring other branches of the same brand for a potentially more enjoyable experience.

Nishiki Ramen is a must-try spot for anyone who loves good, flavorful ramen. The broth is rich and full of depth, and you can tell it’s been simmered to perfection. The noodles had the perfect texture—nice and chewy—and the toppings were fresh and satisfying. I especially loved the pork chashu; it was tender and full of flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, and the service was quick and friendly. Whether you’re a ramen fan or just looking for a solid meal, Nishiki Ramen delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We just got done eating at Nishiki and found something concerning in our edamame. It appeared to be a small larva/worm. I brought it to their attention very nicely after dinner and mentioned that this is not their fault but something to tell the kitchen about and be aware of and they go to the kitchen and come back telling us it was “just a noodle.”

Unfortunately, the object was not uniform like a noodle — it was tapered, uneven, and did not resemble ramen in texture or shape. Dismissing it without properly addressing the concern and insulting our intelligence.

I understand mistakes can happen in any restaurant as I worked in so many, but what matters most is how they’re handled.

I’m sharing this so others are aware. I hope management takes food safety and customer concerns more seriously moving forward.
