We visited the the lower village of big sky and decides to try ramen for dinner. Niseko is located near the front of the village and can be seen from the man road with the bright Ramen sign on their building. We ordered the spring rolls and tried the different types of ramen. The food was very good, but it took over 45 minutes to get out food. It was a busy night in the restaurant and they did have a sign on the door looking for help so maybe that will help in the future. The cocktail that I ordered was pricey, but good and the staff were friendly. I would recommend Niseko if you are in the Big Sky area and in the mood for ramen.

So delicious. Took the family. Loved that they do a kids ramen bowl. Their version of a Cesar salad we found surprising and excellent.

Three of our group of five got a different Ramen and we all really enjoyed and one of the guys had never had it in his life so his mind was blown, haha. If you’re visiting and have that amazing Ramen spot back home will will enjoy theirs.

Ordered curry ramen.
Asked for just slightly one step up from how it comes as far as spice level.
They bring out this and I had to pour cold water in my ramen and drain it so I could tolerate it.
Didn’t offer to make a new one or anything.
Given, the server said it did have a little spice how it comes but still, I didn’t ask for this much extra!
I scooped out that red chili pepper flake paste when I got it and it was still way too hot.

Only 4 stars bc $20 ramen is a little much. However, the flavors and portions were great. The pork belly in the ramen were like steaks it was awesome and decadent. The bao buns were fantastic, i actually preferred the mushroom to the pork belly bc of texture and delicacy. The servers were friendly, great.

As someone who lived in Japan for 10 years and constantly struggles to find an authentic “izakaya” taste, I was blown away by how they transported my taste buds back to Japan. I only ordered the Karaage and chashuu ramen but wow. This is a stop you shouldn’t miss.
The only downside (and super minor) is they didn’t have Shouchuu in their bar… But that’s hard enough to get good stuff in the US.
I can only recommend this place.
(Sorry my photo is of already eaten food)

Great food and outstanding service. Server Kat was very knowledgeable and attentive. Appetizers of spring rolls and shrimp tempura and blistered peppers all delicious. 3 different Ramen main dishes were very generous and tasty. Definitely worth a visit.

Ramen is not recommended. I got the Chashu bowl and it was terrible. Meat was super tough, not sliced thinly; they don’t know how to cook Chashu at all. They tried to make up for it by giving three big slabs of meat, so portions are large. The broth was full of vinegar, super sour and acidic, again, they don’t know how to cook. Definitely not a great place to get ramen, even instant ramen is better than this.
Chicken karaage was good though. 1 extra star for that.
