Great experience overall. The food was fresh and flavorful. We tried the Garlic Momos, Raj Kachori, and Samosas — all were really good. The Amritsari and Onion Kulchas were also worth trying. The place had a nice, authentic vibe that matched the meal well.

I just wish they took orders at the table instead of having everyone go to the counter. I noticed the staff taking table orders for some people, which felt a bit inconsistent.

I’ve visited this place earlier just for appetizers and had a ok experience. However, for our recent small group gathering, we ordered Navratan Korma, Veg Jaipuri, and Paneer Tikka Masala, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and worst food ever. Being a foodie who has tried a wide variety of cuisines, I could tell that the Veg Jaipuri tasted like it was made with a basic marinara-style sauce and frozen mixed vegetables, lacking authentic flavor. The Navratan Korma was extremely sweet – We had to stop eating to avoid further health issues. Even after adding extra spices and green chilies, the dish still lacked flavor and depth.

We even contacted the restaurant and offered to return the food, as we did not want to risk our health by consuming it. The left over (untouched food) still with us, you can even see in the image we captured after eating few bites.

I would strongly request the management to look into the quality of their catering dishes. I was actually considering hosting a community event here for over 300 people, but after this experience, I believe I saved significant time and cost by reconsidering. Please avoid going and having food here, pathetic management with pretty bad attitude.

I ordered the Maysore masala dosa And as per the menu, it is described as a masala dosa with a fiery chutney. The masala dosa consists of potatoes, however, my order of maysore masala dosa Did not consist of any. As a result of dosa was very bland. Ordered via Uber Eats I should have been charged $10 instead $16

Decided to take my wife to get a nice cup of hot chai in the cold weather. The best chai tea Ive had and the Gulab Jamun was the perfect bedtime treat. I think the Chai is phenomenal and always come back for more.

Such amazing food & ambiance! My family and I have struggled to find a good Indian restaurant living in Sugarland that caters to both vegetarian and meat preferences, has chaat, and is hygienic and upscale and Nirmanz crosses of all the criteria! The Raj Kachori and Momos are really good and the staff are attentive.

We visited Nirmanz in Sugarland; Indian restaurant for the first time on Mother’s Day. The food was actually quite good—flavorful and well-prepared. However, as with many Indian restaurants, the service was extremely basic—actually, worse than basic.

There were only two servers working during what was clearly a busy dinner service. After we were seated, the restaurant filled up completely and people were even waiting outside. Despite that, no one came by to clear our plates or offer a to-go box for our leftovers.

We ordered a lamb dish, which turned out to be a curry—but when we placed the order, the server didn’t ask if we’d like naan or rice to go with it. Once all the food arrived, we realized we needed something to eat it with, but no one came to check on us. After waiting for quite a while, my husband finally had to go to the counter and ask for naan. By then, the food was already getting cold.

Unfortunately, the poor service really overshadowed the good food. We may consider ordering takeout in the future, but we’re definitely not planning to dine in again anytime soon.

Bollywood themed Indian restaurant. We ordered a bunch of things and I specifically ordered the raj kachori because I had heard so much about it and raving reviews but I was a little disappointed overall with the food the service and everything else. The Raj Kachori was way too sweet for my liking and not as much chart masala or spices hence I didn’t enjoy it as much. The Gobi Manchurian however was pretty good. The daal makhani was okay I would say but a little unusual. Veg biryani was pretty good, but the quantities seemed small. I also ended up getting a mango Lassie which came as a bottled drink and was six bucks for a small bottle. Overall, the experience was okay but it didn’t seem that great for the value of money and it’s really just a casual hangout spot. It’s okay for a one time try but I’m not sure if I’ll be back here again.

Had a wonderful experience at Nirmanz! The food and service were both top-notch. I ordered the kachori chaat—everything tasted fresh, especially the dahi, which was cool and creamy. The dosa was perfectly crispy and clearly made with care. To top it off, I tried the sitafal shake and it was absolutely delicious—refreshing and full of flavor. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Hands down.
One of my most favorite restaurant in Houston Tx. Glad it’s vegetarian only since i am muslim and i need halal options.

Love their lemon Soda, Dahi Puri & chole Bhature.

Tried their gol gappas , schezwan noodles hakka noodles. Tbh gol gappas were good, noodles were okayish. I liked Hakka noodles more , wish they can add more ketchup and black pepper in it.

Otherwise , their chaats, Dosas are too goood! Keep up the good work!

Also their environment, vibe everything is on spot. Wish they can play more bollywood songs instead of playing some random tones lol.

Amazing food here! The Raj Kachori is a must-try—perfectly crispy with a burst of flavors in every bite. They also have some really interesting dishes like the Pav Bhaji Bruschetta, which is such a creative twist on a classic! The ambiance is cozy, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy unique and delicious dishes!
