We stopped in for Sushi and free Korean Pancakes. Bit of a drive from Bangor but worth it for a fun day outing. We will definitely make some more trips out to enjoy the food again.

My staff and I have been coming to Ninja since they opened and have never been disappointed. We order at least twice a week. We have tried virtually the entire menu and everything is top notch. The ownership goes out of his way to make his locals feel like VIPs and is always such a delight. My staff and I order meals from Medway and make the drive and the food is always still hot and fresh! We have been supporting this local gem since he had a few fans and now he’s famous and still treats us like VIPs. Thanks for being an awesome business you’ll always have the support of me and the Budz Emporium Medway staff.

Dine in or take out, this place is great! Good sushi without driving 65 miles south. They have great Ninja Sushi Hibachi Master Chefs like Jack that’ll make anything you want. Delicious!! Great food. I’ve only had their sushi/sashimi items, but I did notice large portions for hibachi and other cooked dishes also. Whether it’s an $8 order or an $80 order, they’ll have my business!

It was so yummy!!!! They gave us (me and my mom) a free plate of appetizer idk what they were but it was really good!!! Then we got ninja roll, volcano roll, and some calamari, and it was so good and im so full im sitting in the restaurant right now writing this and im not much for reviews but this place deserves five stars! Definitely go here, and also order some boba!!

Moved to Maine from Texas and it’s hard to find good Asian cuisine around here. We were super nervous to try, especially since it’s located in Lincoln. Man, we were proven wrong. This place is the best we’ve had in the state so far. We got spring rolls, sushi, spicy chicken, and fried rice. Everything was great and reasonably priced. While I was waiting, a gentleman gave me a complimentary blooming onion type appetizer in sauce. Very kind. We are looking forward to going back!

I live out of town and was there for business. The owner and I had a chat and I really didn’t know what I wanted so I asked him to give me his favorite sushi. So he did a custom meal just for me. Had a wonderful time, and it tasted incredible. It was so good that I came back the next day and had more sushi and took home habachi. Once more, it tasted amazing. I hope to come back soon!

I have been eating sushi for 40 years. I have never been so disappointed. On top of waiting over 40 minutes for 3 rolls, the rice had no vinegar in it, the sauces were a scant dusting, the Philadelphia roll had cooked salmon instead of smoked, the tuna on top of the Ninja Roll was hard as a rock and had no spice to it when it was supposed to be spicy, the eel had no sauce, etc. I ended up throwing it away. I never throw away food! It was $40 truly wasted. Maybe it was a new hire. Maybe it was because it was a to go order. I don’t know. The owner was beyond kind, that’s something.
